Very confortable and bright New house 200 m from the seaside

Situated in a very QUIET dead end street , garden 300 M2 . Parking for 2 cars. You will appreciate this preserved and wild landscape , very protected coast with no building (only few houses). This site allies the pleasure of the fishing from the shore at low tide and the bathing in high tide.
Numerous creeks and fine sand beaches in the surroundings accessible by foot along the coastal pedestrian way.
In town in 2mn : all the shops and the restaurants and especially the BIGGEST MARKET OF THE REGION in season, it takes place on Wednesday and Sundays in season only. It is smaller off season and on Sundays only.
The house: modern, outside Terrace in the back, Ground Floor : open space dining room , lounge , kitchen , a double-bed Bedroom, bathroom and independent toilets with laundry . Upstairs : 2 bedrooms ( one with double bed + single bed and one with 2 single beds ) bathroom and independent toilets . All inclusive from 3 days booking and up : drawsheets, pillows, braids, cloths, tablecloths, bathroom linen... Sheets and towels with extra 30 € for 1 or 2 nights only)
Nearby: Sailing Club , Pont-Mahé (in 2mn) Kite surf and windsurfing famous spot renowned " The western Mediterranean Sea " (ideal also for the children below ages). Guérande (salterns) in 20 mn. La Baule in 25 mn, Vannes in 50 mn acces to all Morbihans Islands .

un excellent séjour chez Kaly

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances à Pénestin en famille dans une maison confortable et très bien équipée, et bien adaptée aux séjours en bord de mer avec sa douche extérieure et sa grande terrasse ombragée. La plage très proche est peu fréquentée et très agréable. Kali a préparé notre séjour avec de nombreuses informations sur la région et les relations avec elle ont été fluides, simples et très agréables. Une mention spéciale pour les jeux de plage et jouets mis à disposition de nos petites filles et qui les ont enchantées!

Maison très bien équipé, toutes les chambres ont une très bonne literie, très propre A moins de 5 mn à pied de la plage qui est parfaite pour la pêche à pied et à coup !! Nous avons adoré ce petit coin sauvage, calme et seulement à moins de 2km des commerces et des bonnes crêperies !! Beaucoup de balades en vélo et a pied m’ont ressourcé pour l’année !! Merci pour cette magnifique semaine et à très bientôt car depuis plus de 15 ans que nous passons par Abritel, vous êtes notre coup de cœur !! Famille PIAUX

Helles, freundliches Haus in Strandnähe

Helles, freundliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus war mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigten. Der nächste Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, weitere Strände in 10-15 min über den schönen Küstenweg. Auch in Pénestin mit großem Markt (jeden Sonntag und Mittwoch), netten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist man mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Danke Karine! Wir haben zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen im schönen Pénestin verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Angenehm, abwechslungsreich

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist, hell und schön eingerichtet, mit Umschwung & Sitzplatz im Freien. Verschiede Strände in der Nähe, zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Superbe semaine à Pénestin

Maison très bien équipée et bien située à 2 min de la plage Le Logui, ca. 10-15 min à pied de la plage de la Mine d'Or, ville de Pénestin 5 min en voiture, 25 min à pied. Communication sympa et rapide avec la propiétaire. Le coint est ausi bien pour faire du vélo! Bref: Une très bonne semaine malgré la chaleur de cette année .

Un séjour agréable à Penestin pour Noël

Maison neuve très agréable et bien équipée située à 2 minutes de la plage. Randos sympas sur le GR 34 (sentier des douaniers), photos de nature. Très calme. Propriétaire très sympa. Penestin est un endroit à découvrir bien situé, à l'écart des foules du Golfe. A very pleasant house 2 minutes from the sea, nice owners. Come and visit Penestin, a quiet and beautiful place in the heart of Brittany.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Karine, grâce à ses conseils nous avons assisté à un magnifique coucher de soleil et fait un petit tour au marché. La proximité de la mer nous a permis de faire de jolies balades. Une maison à conseiller pour les amoureux de la mer et pour ceux qui apprécient les maisons lumineuses, propres et bien équipées.

Idéale Lage

Das Haus ist wirklich gross und nur 2 minuten zu Fuss vom Meer entfernt. In einem ruhigen Quartier ist es auch wunderbar gelegen für Natur-Liebhaber. Als Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnten Wanderungen entlang der Küste und für Velotouren ideal. Wir haben Elektro-Fahrräder im Dorf gemietet und konnten somit auf das Auto verzichten. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und unkompliziert! Wir hatten 2 wunderbaren Ferienwochen!
