Beautiful hidden spot

Very nice located plot with house and swimming pool, near village with sufficient services. Isolated, quiet plot. Cleaning could be better, especially the kitchen (counter, kitchen cupboard, extractor hood).

Ein alleinstehendes, ruhiges, großzügiges Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, Spül- und Waschmaschine vorhanden, ein sehr sauberer, recht großer Pool, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Wlan soll im nächsten Jahr eingerichtet werden.Ein großartiger Ort zum Erholen. Der Blick von der Patio ähnlichen Terrasse auf den Berg ist traumhaft. Vom Haus aus sind Ausflüge in die Umgebung gut möglich ( Valencia ca 1 Std). Kleine Geschäfte mit meist nur morgendlichen Öffnungszeiten gibt es im Ort. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es nur für die nicht ganz saubere Küche. Fazit: Empfehlenswert

Une maison pour se ressourcer dans la nature et le calme

Nous avons passé une semaine de tranquillité dans cette belle maison très propre et accueillante La piscine et le très grand jardin clôturé a contribué à notre bonheur La mer se trouve à environ 30 minutes de voiture Pas de wifi mais quand on voit ce paysage de la terrasse de la maison on ne pense plus aux réseaux sociaux

Handleiding gebruik elektrisch hek, verwarming in Engels.

Prima, heel aardige mensen alleen was het lastig communiceren omdat ze alleen maar Spaans spreken. Een gebruiksaanwijzing voor bepaalde apparaten in het Engels zou handig zijn. Ook hoe je uit moet checken. Wat te doen bij calamiteiten etc

Buen chalet, alejado de vecinos, pero también de la playa

El chalet está muy bien, sin vecinos, y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas de alrededor. La piscina es suficientemente grande, con hamacas y sombrillas, y hay un patio trasero grande y bonito. Los propietarios son amables y respondían a las cosas. Dejaron una paellera, con su quemador y bombona. El único problema, por llamarlo de alguna forma, fue que la electricidad se paga, y al segundo día, vimos que del garage salía un cable que estaba conectado al enchufe del garage, y al seguirlo, proporcionaba electricidad a una finca colindante para unas obras de reforma. Al comentarlo con los propietarios, nos dijeron que si, que eran familia, pero que no nos preocupásemos, que nos arreglaríamos para el tema de la electricidad. Al final nos cobraron 16 euros por la electricidad de la semana. No me parece bien que, cobrando la electricidad aparte, "omitan" el hecho de que hay unas obras conectadas a la electricidad de la casa.

Lovely hosts. Villa was very clean and comfortable. Everything you could need. Great location, just where we wanted to stay. Would use again for sure.
