The village Llanfairfechan was nice the sea front was lovely. 2 cafes for eating out. A Co op for shopping. The cottage looked nice on the pictures, but it was not clean.we would not stay again.
The owners are lovely people. The place its self is perfectly situated. A minute from the beach, which is immense . Minutes from the hills which are glorious. North Wales is quite incredible
Pretty cottage 3min walk to the sea front , lovely beach very clean with nice walk along the promenade, with a pavilion for refreshments. We did find the train line and busy dual carriageway behind back of property road quite noisy at night. But this may not affect everyone.Property owners very friendly and helpful.Would definitely recommend though, as area really lovely.

Thank you for taking the time to review our little cottage and we are pleased you had a good time here.
We’ve rarely had people mention noise at night - the trains don’t run very late but it’s true that it’s the busiest time of year on the A55 and that coupled with the warmth meaning windows were open obviously combined to disturb you a little, I’m sorry about that. I did get a noise reducing coating put on the windows when they were replaced but of course that can’t help unless the windows are closed. It is very quiet in there when they’re kept tightly shut.
I’ll look into putting an extra fan in the bedroom for the summer in future and hopefully that will help. We’re grateful to you for pointing that out. Any issues at all, please just tell us immediately - we do have spare fans etc if people need them.

Very very small, especially shower room / toilet. Layout not as expected and disappointing. Everything there that was needed / expected but standard of hygiene poor.

I’m sorry you were disappointed, every bit of advertising we do says that the cottage is small. I can’t change that unfortunately, but that’s why the cost is relatively low compared to other properties in such a good location. I’m not sure what you mean about hygiene but everything it thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant and bleach used appropriately in between every set of guests.
So peaceful and quite, cottage was really nice,Sue was very helpful, and had everything we needed, the closest shop is Co Op 5 mins drive, very close to beach, nice beach,if you fancy a beer the seafront cafe is a good place,or local villages.Close to Conwy,Llandudno,Colwyn Bay,and Betwys y Coed is 30 mins run through country, looking for peace and quiet Llanfairfechan is ideal.Great time had.
Lovely old comfortable cottage, well equipped with everything you need. Hosts very friendly and so were their dogs. Quiet area just off the A55 and handy to get to the local attractions. Would be happy to return.
Charming cottage a stone’s throw from the beach.Excellent hosts and very easy check in and out process.Sea grass restaurant around the corner was definitely worth visiting as was the local distillery. Will definitely book again!
We loved our stay at the cottage, I didn't want to leave. We were very close to the beech and enjoyed early morning walks with our doggies which felt so peaceful. We will 100% be back.Sue and Michelle were both great.Thank you
This little seaside cottage was better then described. The location was optimal for visiting all the must see places in north whales. It was spotless and fully equipped with everything you would need. The living room with the gas fireplace and comfy couches with warm blankets was a nice touch. Sue and Michelle were so friendly and responsive to all our needs. After the hustle and bustle of Dublin what a welcome retreat to chill for 4 full relaxing days. Highly recommend

The cottage was very clean and comfortable and with great easy access to the beach.Even though there were plumbing issues these were dealt with quickly and didn’t impact our stay. The owners were very helpful and welcoming and we would definitely return!
