Beautiful, family friendly mobile home located in the heart of Snowdonia

A luxury 2 bedroom mobile home situated in the grounds of an old school in the heart of Snowdonia. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway.

Fully insulated with central heating and double glazing, ideal for summer or winter. Everything you need for a perfect holiday, including bed linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials are included in the price

The main bedroom has a king size bed, a TV/DVD player and ensuite toilet. The second bedroom can be set up with twin single beds or a double bed. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

A fully equiped kitchen/diner with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. if you don't feel like cooking, there is a wide range of excellent restaurants available close by

The spacious lounge area has a three piece suite. Patio doors opening on to a large veranda with outdoor furniture. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of books, DVDs and board games.

A wide selection of maps, guide books and leaflets are available to help you to make the most of your stay.

Outside, there is a large secluded garden and orchard surrounded by mature trees. Two separate decked/paved areas with a wide range of garden furniture.

The property has spectacular views of Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula. We are located in a peaceful rural location but only 10 minutes from the A55 expressway, Anglesey, and the towns of Bangor and Caernarfon. There is a wide selection of pubs/restaurants close by. One of Wales premier tourist attractions, Greenwood Forest Park, is within walking distance.

We are ideally located for all the attractions that the area has to offer - hill walking, sailing, horse riding, climbing, bike riding, paint balling, adventure sports, fabulous beaches and historic sites.

The area has become the premier UK location for adventure sports with Zipworld, Bounce Below, Tree Top Adventures, Anglesey Rib Rides, the National Outdoor Sailing Centre and the National Mountain Centre all within easy reach.

For the less energetic; attractions include, the world famous Snowdon mountain railway, Welsh Highland Railway, the Ffestiniog railway, Portmeirion village, and Bodnant Gardens. Fabulous castles, national trust properties, great beaches and no less than 4 UNESCO world heritage sites.

Excellent place to call a home, the host provided all kinds of surprises for us, wine, egg, Wales cake and other stuff, truly amazing. Kitchen utensils are well supplied which made my life much easier. Love the deco in the place. So far, this is the best place we stayed in our UK trip, love it.

Attractive, well-presented mobile home with nice quality furnishings, set in its own attractive garden space behind the owners house. Handily close to many of the sights of Snowdonia, North Wales and Anglesey. Sadly the nearby pub is still shut and the minimal bus service means that you will need to drive to explore the area. Leaflets and guides in the mobile home offer lots of info for local visits and the friendly, welcoming hosts are only too pleased to give further inspiration. We found plenty to do in a wonderful fortnight’s stay, with enough left over for a future visit.
