This beautifully updated ground-floor condo sits on a bluff overlooking the Pacific, where you can step out from the lanai and soak in breathtaking views while feeling the refreshing trade winds. Each room showcases stunning ocean views, with ceiling fans throughout to keep the space cool and comfortable year-round.

In winter, watch whales play just offshore from the lanai. In summer, enjoy snorkeling at the beach below the complex. You’ll also find miles of scenic walking paths nearby, along with access to open green spaces, a refreshing pool, and BBQ areas—all just steps from your parking spot.

Incredible place

Definitely worth the price. I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals while traveling, and this was among the very best. Extremely clean and very well stocked—truly every last thing you could need is provided.

Gorgeous ocean views

We stayed here with our 2 teen daughters and would definitely stay again if we come back to Kauai! The condo is on ground level, and has a small patio out back overlooking the ocean - perfect for a cup of coffee, reading a book, or simply spending a little time outdoors. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, and beach bags.

Ocean view bliss

A well-appointed, beautifully decorated, super clean and comfortable apartment for the 4 of us, with a stunning view and sounds of the Pacific right out your back door and bedroom windows. Close to everywhere we wanted to go - Kalalau Trail, Kilauea Lighthouse, Hanalei Bay. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stunning views

The pictures don’t do this condo justice…beautiful, clean and updated condo with all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation in paradise. There is no actual beach access in Princeville but it’s a short drive to the best beaches on Kauai (Tunnels, Hanalei & Anini) and the cute town of Hanalei. I was worried about the lack of AC but we kept the windows & slider open and it was absolutely fine…would definitely book this unit again!

Beautiful Views!

We stayed at this condo from August 11- August 16. The views from this place were incredible! Ocean everywhere! It was tastefully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay! Oceanfront Realty was fantastic to work with- Cindy and Jayme. We even had a slight issue with the toilet in one of the bathrooms, and Oceanfront had it fixed extremely quickly! They also have a great app that shows ocean conditions, places of interest, festivals, places to eat etc. The only downside to this place, and it’s not a fault of the unit itself, but this building doesn’t have the greatest sound proofing. We could hear every foot step from our upstairs neighbours. We would definitely stay again.

Inside the condo has been completely redone and looked just like the pictures. There is a grill nearby and we cooked a lot. The kitchen was very easy to work in and had all the kitchen gadgets and pots and pans that you would need. The pool is a short walk away and our daughter enjoyed that. We also went to Anini beach that is not a very far drive and the waves break way out so it is safe, even in the winter. We enjoyed sitting outside at all times of day! Saw some whales and they even had a pair of binoculars to use. New tvs that have Netflix on them so it was nice that we could log into that for our daughter. Overall great stay! Hope to be back!

Unfortunately during our stay the water to the whole complex was cut off for about 2 days because of a break in the water main. I called the property owner who immediately came up with an amazing plan to make us comfortable. She gave us complete access to an additional property just 5 minutes away. We were able to go there to shower and could have slept there if we wanted to. She went above and beyond for a situation that was entirely out of her control. Amazing!Plus the property was spotless. Even the ceiling fans were clean (dirty fans are a pet peeve of mine). Gorgeous ocean view. We ate all of our meals on the little patio.There is a cave right below the property that you can CLIMB down to in order to see sea turtles. Beware that it is treacherous! Have good hiking shoes, a waterproof flashlight and a swimsuit. Once you arrive at the bottom of the very muddy, steep path you will have to swim a short distance to get to the cave. (See pic below) We did it and the climbing part was super hard for my tiny 15 year old daughter. We did not have a flashlight so we didn’t get to see the turtles, but it was a very fun adventure and thankfully we did not break any bones. Also, maybe take some water shoes. Those lava rocks are sharp. I highly recommend this pristine property!!!

Wonderful Property!

Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc ? Yes Absolutely no surprises. I actually recognized the buildings from the pictures we had seen. Was the property clean and well-maintained ? Yes Did the owner provide good customer service ? Yes. All contact was made through Oceanfront Realty via email. They sent me a link to download their own app and it was very useful while we were there, both with suggestions and with up to the minute news information ... i.e. road closure for bike race and emergency siren testing Would you recommend this property to your friends or relatives ? Yes What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike near by ? We've visited North Kauai several times and really enjoy this part of the island. Snorkeling Tunnels and Ke'e and hiking the Napali coastline are always are always highlights We did Queen's Bath at 6:30am on a Friday morning and had it to ourselves!

Beautiful, clean condo with a great view!

This was a very clean, spacious and well appointed condo in the Princeville area. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, knifes etc so it's very easy to prepare your own meals. The BBQ outside is close by as well. There was very little in the kitchen as far as spices - only a bottle of Italian seasoning - so bring your own if you plan to cook (which we had anticipated). The building itself does not have great sound proofing between floors. We could hear sounds of children running and playing above us at times but it was not bad. The bedrooms and bathrooms/showers were very nice and clean and there was ample supply of soaps etc, including for the laundry and dishwasher. We had one minor issue which was taken care of very quickly and the owner was very nice to give us a late checkout on our last day which vas VERY much appreciated as we had a late night flight back home. There is not much to do in the immediate area (except go for walks) as it is mostly condos. Assuming you will have a car, many sights and towns are in close driving distance. The Queens Bath is quite close by and worth the hike if you are able (it is a tough hike, especially when wet). Some nearby spots we liked were the towns of Hanalei, Kilauea and the Ka'ena State park (don't forget to pre-purchase a pass!), Anini Beach, and the Maniniholo dry cave. Hanalei has some restaurants that are open late (for Kauai). Overall this is a great condo with an awesome ocean view and we fully recommend it and recommend staying on the North shore of Kaua'i for at least part of your stay on the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay here was amazing! One of the best things is that the unit was exactly as pictured- no disappointments! The decor and quality of furnishings was great and we loved having plenty of space while on vacation. We did have some trouble finding the unit, but the after hours staff were so helpful! We printed all directions as instructed, but GPS led us slightly astray. Make sure to just follow the written only! One note- there is a key lock box on the wall next to door, but the code is for the actual door (not the lock box). A little confusing and can be remedied with a small note in welcome directions. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the beach towels, cooler, etc. Only wish we had an umbrella but we packed hats!Although it's tough to pick the best thing about this unit, it would have to be the view. Having a front row seat to the ocean beauty was amazing, and we spent so much time outside taking it all in. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again! Thank you for a great trip.

The unit itself was clean, well organized, and felt as comfortable as home. All around lovely place. Would stay here again!

Very disappointing - cheaply appointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we booked our condo we wanted the same one we had in 2019 because it had two master bedrooms with bathrooms. We were told we were given a comproble unit. IT WAS NOT!! It is awkward sharing a condo with another couple when one couple gets the small bedroom without its own bathroom. Also, they need to warn you that normal accommodations are not supplied. It blew us away that we had to go buy toilet paper, napkins, paper plates and paper towels. SERIOUSLY??!! At $400+ per night you would think it wasn’t that cheaply stocked!! Also the condo is pretty worn out looking with very uncomfortable beds. The patio furniture was terrible and worn out. All the other decks and balconies had much nicer, comfortable furniture. The view was great and we appreciated the binoculars. We will not rent from Ocranfront again.

beautiful views, comfortable beds, washer/dryer!!

I have to give extra stars to any place that provides a well-maintained washer and dryer inside the unit!!! :-) This unit has a fairly unbeatable view of the ocean! (It is facing north, though, so you won't get a clear view of either the sunrise or the sunset.) It's a large unit, clean (although large houseflies kept finding their way inside somehow, despite the fact that we kept the windows and doors closed at all times!). It is very close to the local grocery store and post office (also important for me). It is a ground floor unit, so unfortunately, you can hear the people above you, but that is just apartment life living. If you stay here, I do recommend that you make sure to have some kind of agenda for your stay - places to go, things to do, etc. - because it's not really the kind of neighborhood where you would just wander and find something fun. It is a condo community, after all, and has that strange socially chilly gated community vibe. Other than the mysterious flies, I had no problems whatsoever with this unit. If you like Kauai and want to be on this side of the island, then this is perhaps a great place to stay.

Nice view, condo disappointing.

View was amazing, not so much the condo. Old condo in need of someTLC. Furniture faded and soiled. Outdoor furniture rusted with cushions discolored and stuffing falling out. Kitchen cabinet doors dirty and worn. Bedding stained, mattress pad in small bedroom stained with what I assumed to be urine. Bathrooms colorless and boring. Surprised to find no beach chairs or beach equipment as we have always had them in prior rentals. Some repairs had been made, sloppily. Cords running across floors in front of sliding door seemed dangerous and should be tacked down. I am sure this property was once nice but that was some time ago. Will not stay here again and would not recommend. Wifi was extremely slow, almost unusable. We turned it off . Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. No measuring spoons. No basics such as salt and pepper , spices or cooking oil. Other basics such as laundry detergent missing or minimal. We have traveled extensively , most recently Greece, Spain and Portugal always renting apartments or homes and this has been our only disappointment.

Aloha Judy, and mahalo for your comments. We’re sorry that you were disappointed with the condo. Although you felt that the furnishings were worn, please note the previous review from guests who visited two months earlier that they felt otherwise. Beach amenities are not guaranteed since they aren’t immediately replaced when they get worn or broken. We inspected the unit and did not find the chord you mention in front of the sliding doors. The unit has broadband internet and its own WiFi router, but the service may have been slow due to heavy traffic. Since this is a rental unit and not a hotel, we do not supply pantry items due to health considerations, but we do include a starter kit of laundry soap for two loads, dishwasher detergent for five loads, dish soap, and paper towels. If you were missing any of these, all you had to do was contact us and we would have sent someone to replace them. We are very glad that you did enjoy the view, and we hope you also took the time to explore our beautiful island!
