Buyer beware many nondisclosures
Home was clean upon arrival, however the longer we stayed the more we were made aware of all the nondisclosures. There were cockroaches and ants, which should have been exterminated, however the host ordered killer via Amazon leaving us to deal with the bugs.No pool service. You are asked to maintain the pool chemicals and cleanliness. Host advised he bought a new pool vacuum for the guests to use.We were asked to water outdoor and indoor plants. There was a piece of plastic used in place of a kitchen window. The master sink leaked in a basin under the sink in a cabinet. No bars in showers, tubs and pools. Wiring for pool heater was not safe with exposure to wires.The hosts use this home as their primary residence and pack up all their belongings in their garage and a used car in the driveway when renting out. There was plenty of silverware, plates, glasses and cups, but only 2 frying pans to cook with. I bought knives to use because the ones provided wouldn't even cut an onion. The sheets had stains on them so I bought sheets. We arrived on January 6th unaware of our options. After week 2, I called VRBO to advise of these complaints. I wanted my money back. They contacted the host who advised VRBO couldn't make him refund the money and he wasn't going to refund the money. We notified the host that we were leaving the house 9 days early due to a family member going in hospice and asked they consider refunding at least the last 9 days, which they refused. Terrible experience.

March Getaway
This property is perfect for a mobility impaired person (uses a walker) as it is one-level with a large walk-in shower. A pet friendly property with plenty of room for them to run in the fenced backyard. All of the beds were in good condition and very comfortable. Centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Air-conditioning worked great. I would rent this property again.

Vacation Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Little Yellow Boat house. The owner was on site when we arrived to welcome us and answer any questions. The pool and outdoor areas were awesome. Plenty of room for all we wanted to do. The weather was great and we used the pool almost every day. The kitchen/great room opens up to the pool and patio with french doors which connected seamlessly to the outside area. It was fun to watch the boats on the canal and talk with the boaters as they passed by. Glen was available as needed for any questions we had. I would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys spending time outside.

Beautiful canal front house
We truly enjoyed our stay. The canal front property is great! Had lots of fun fishing off the dock and watching the boaters go by. The royal palms by the canal were gorgeous and all the flowers blooming in the yard was beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub the most. Waving at the boaters and looking at beautiful flowers while in the hot tub. It would have been helpful to have had written directions for the pool and hot tub. The pool was on the cool side. It is heated by emptying the hot tub water into it but we didn't want to do that too often. Also there are no hand rails for the hot tub or pool to help you in and out. The pool was the hardest. I've had 2 knee replacements and needed my husband's assistance getting in and out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat with. And having an ice maker was great. The house still does not have a dining room table. We brought the outdoor table and chairs inside in the evenings for dinner and card games. There is not a screened in area for being outside in the evenings. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The remote to the living room TV did not work. Living room furniture was comfy. Having the washer and dryer was great since we stayed for 2 weeks. Having extra beach towels was nice too. We would happily recommend this house. But warn them about not having hand rails for pool and hot tub incase they are compromised and need assistance to enter them. The owner Glenn was very nice.
