Nestled in the heart of Brittany lies the Moulin de Kerlautre a 17th Century Watermill tastefully converted to a comfortable two person Gite
In a tranquil setting, enjoy the sound of running water and birdsong, undisturbed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The front door leads to an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting room, attractively furnished and decorated. A separate well-appointed bathroom equipped with a full size shower is also on the ground floor. For colder nights an log stove (and wood) is provided for your comfort. A staircase leads to a Mezzanine bedroom equipped with a double bed
The Gite is set in over 2 hectares of amazingly diverse scenery including formal gardens, lawn, woodland, rockery, ancient stone features and a beautiful river with several sitting places around the grounds.
The owner’s property is onsite but the landscaping ensures privacy. Enjoy tranquil walks through the woodland or sit and relax and watch the Kingfisher on the river bank.
The Moulin de Kerlautre is ideal for those who are seeking peace and tranquility with the chance to unwind whilst offering a central base to explore the rugged coastlines of the north, ancient towns, lakes and beaches and invigorating walks in the surrounding countryside
