This recently built apartment offers a space of 62 m² that ensures a comfortable and pleasant stay.



It is located just 100 meters from the beautiful NORTE sandy beach, 200 m from the supermarket, 200 m from the bus station, 8 km from the “Peñiscola/Benicarlo” train station, 50 km from the “Panoramica” golf course, 150 km from the “Manises (Valencia)” airport, making it easy to access from outside the region. Located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.



The Ermitana de Peñíscola apartment has an elevator and a terrace where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate while sunbathing or enjoying an outdoor meal. For indoor entertainment, a TV is available.



The American kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven and washing machine, is ready for you to prepare your meals easily. You'll also find crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a coffee maker to make you feel at home. The apartment has four fans.



At your entrance we will give you the sheets and a small cleaning kit. Towels are not provided.

El apartamento,estaba bien situado,es pequeño,una de las habitaciones muy justa para adultos,tuvimos que sacar la mesita de noche,y dormir con la puerta abierta,pues al sacar la cama no quedaba otra opción.Al ser 6 y solo 1 baño fue un poco caos, Pasamos bastante frío por la noche,una de las chicas dormía hasta con el abrigo.La cocina bastante completa,y el salón bien,aunque el sofá necesita un cambio urgente,está bastante deteriorado.Por las ventanas entraba bastante fresco.Hechamos en falta algún espejo,pues solo había el del baño,Y bueno,en general,una limpieza y algunos detalles serían suficientes para disfrutar más la estancia.

Gracias por tus palabras. Nos ayudan a mejorar. La verdad es que estos días esta hacendó bastante frio por eso dejamos una estufa de gas en cada apartamento que estimamos suficiente, ya que hasta ahora no se ha quejado nadie

Valoraremos la posibilidad de instalar en un futuro aire acondicionado, pero hasta ese momento seguiremos anunciando el apartamento SIN AIRE ya que hasta este verano tan caluroso y al estar cerca de la playa, con la brisa del mar ha sido suficiente y nadie nos había solicitado ese servicio.. Gracias de nuevo. Aprendemos de vuestros comentarios..
