We are sorry that there was a hiccup with the BBQ but glad that our 24/7 concierge took care of it right away. We are also happy to hear that you found the kitchen was well stocked. Next time, if there are any specific cooking implements that you don't find at the property, simply let us know and we'll get them right over to you. Lastly, we're sorry that you heard noise from your bedroom. The interior and exterior walls are thoroughly insulated for sound and newly built to the highest standards and codes of a luxury custom home. We haven't gotten that feedback before but appreciate you sharing your experience. It was certainly a pleasure hosting you and we look forward to welcoming you back very soon!
