Zion`s Gate I is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5-bathroom townhome in Southern Utah. Conveniently located off I-15, Exit 16, and is a short scenic drive directly to Zion National Park and 5 minutes away from downtown St. George. The neighboring home is identical and can be rented for an extra-large group – see Zion`s Gate II. The perfect place for your next Southern Utah getaway with family or friends!

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances including a coffee maker and blender as well as all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. There are four bedrooms, but a bean bag sleeper pulls out into a queen-sized bed in the TV room. The home has a small backyard equipped with a natural gas BBQ and seating for 12. It also has a front courtyard with additional seating. This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The complex has access to two beautiful pools (heated all year round) and hot tubs that are a 5-minute walk from the home. There is also a clubhouse that has games, foosball, and a gym! The Clubhouse can be rented to groups. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. Smart TVs are available on all TVs.

The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7 am-10 pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.

Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is 11 am.

For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.

There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.

Great Family Reunion

We made wonderful memories in this lovely home. Our family of 32 rented this and the adjacent townhouse. We were pleasantly surprised by all the attention to detail that included a great kitchen with high end small appliances, beach towels, outdoor patio, extra table and chairs... I could go on and on. We felt pampered and will definitely return someday.

Awesome Home!

We stayed here with another family over spring break. The home is GORGEOUS! Brand New! The owner thought of everything! There were seasonings, tin foil, baggies, band-aides. They even had fresh baked cookies on the counter. Next time we go to St. George we will definitely stay here. Thanks again for the great vacation!

Great place for families!

We had such a nice experience staying at this condo with our family. We had 16 of us and there was room for everyone. The condo is furnished beautifully. We appreciated all that was available to use in the kitchen - from the Blend Tek to the cooking spray and spices. The patio furniture in front and back was so comfortable as well as that on the upper decks. There were even delicious cookies on the counter to welcome us when we arrived. Comfortable and luxurious at the same time!!!

Our family stayed in the adjoining units and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The homes are decorated so beautiful--they are comfortable and luxurious at the same time. Every appliance, BBQ, detergent, shampoo/conditioner, pack-n-play, high chair--everything we needed was stocked and made our vacation so much more convenient and relaxing. No detail was overlooked by the owners! We also loved the convenient short walk to the pool and play ground. The owners were always responsive to any question we had as well as the property manager. We so appreciate all of their help and definitely hope to return again! These beautiful homes were the perfect home base for our week of hiking throughout the region. Highly recommend!!!

The house was lovely and had a great floor plan for accommodating our family of 11. There was an ample supply of towels and bath linens including beach towels for the community pool. The pantry was well stocked with basics including sugar, spices, flour, foil, plastic wrap etc. The neighborhood was great for walking and included a beautiful pond - home to a pair of mallards and coots. It was also stocked with fish. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patios mornings and evenings.The location is great-- just 2 min. off I-15, shopping less than 10 min. away, and several National Parks, and State Parks nearby. The owner and manager were very accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend this rental.

Luxurious Property with Plenty of Space!

My family loved this property and couldn't help taking notes on ideas for our own houses. It was gorgeous! The rooms are huge and have a multitude of sleeping options. It was my family (6) and my sister's family (6) and we had multiple beds go unused! The mattresses and linens are high quality and the kitchen tools are excellent. We were able to cook full meals without needing to improvise for lack of proper tools. My husband ran the Zion 100, and our drive into Apple Valley to access the race was easy. Upon finishing the race, he hopped in the community's hot tub and then passed out for the day in our comfortable king memory foam bed. There were lots of extras in the house, like sand toys and board games, which the kids appreciated. We contributed a few things to the house upon leaving. The manager of the listing was extremely helpful and available consistently throughout our stay. She even contacted me the week prior to offer us an extra night due to a gap between the guest before us and our stay. You will not be disappointed with this property!

Top of the Line Everything

To say I'm a seasoned vacation home renter is an understatement. So take this to the bank when you read it: Best stocked houses yet. Not just what you need (pots, knives, coffee maker, beds) but the best stuff (kitchenaid pots, katuki fired knives, both drip and keurig coffee makers, tempurpedic or some other memory foam beds). Stocked with all the soaps for kitchen, laundry, and bath. The range fans emptied outside (not in your face). The grills are mainlined to the house's gas, so you never run out. 2x 50gal water heaters, so 10 people can shower and not get frozen out. Cooking essentials supplied (flour, sugar, spices, oil, coffee grounds/k-cups). Enough flat/silverware that you needn't run the dishwasher more than once/day, if that. Etc etc. Trust me, it's the quality of the stuff supplied that counts: knives that cut, pans that lay flat, beds that refresh, water that's hot, and enough relaxing furniture to go around. Stayed here for 2 weeks, also had the attached unit. Had about 10 people in each. Used it as a canyoneering base of operations for our rope-time in Zion. Back patio was good for drying wetsuits/rope, fireplaces inside were great for drying boots (mid-spring, outside wasn't hot enough that time of year for an overnight dry, though it is in the summer, I guarantee it). Also, had 2 balconies, which was handy for them in those rooms who wanted to dry their wetsuits when we filled up the backyard wall. Plenty of parking for the 3-7 cars we had. When we got there, we found the hot water was severely lacking, so we just cranked that up in the garage, and turned it back down when we left. If you follow our lead and do this yourself, be careful how high you set it - lest you jump in the shower and scald yourself. While I was hoping to find units closer to Zion (La Verkin, or closer), these units were a good 15 minutes closer than the rental houses in StG. Young units, but well stocked; if you have a large-ish group, the capacity and accommodations make up for the distance.

Great place just needed some cleaning

We have rented this property before and the one next door. We love coral ridge. However the place seemed a little run down. Carpets were very dirty especially in the master with many large dirty spots. Floor boards especially in the bathrooms looked like they had not been dusted in months. Also the bathroom rugs were stained and seemed dirty. Not typical of how it has been in the past. Other than that it was great. Close to anything you want to do.

Good location, good house

Very nice house in a good location. It had the amenities we needed. The door hadn't been reset for me to login so we called in and tried some other things and eventually they gave us a garage code number and that worked. The listing said that there were 2 couch beds and both were broken and unusable. The listing also stated that there were 2 bean bag type beds and there was only one. So we had to figure out where everyone was sleeping, so we're not very happy about that. Nice house, easy access to the freeway, quiet neighborhood.
