Gorgeous hotel style suites. Penthouse, corner suite. This condo is suitable for one couple or a single person. You wont be disappointed. Best King size mattresses you'll ever sleep on. It's like sleeping on a cloud... We need a good sleep in these unprecedented times. What are you waiting for... contact us or book. It won't last!
2 Bedroom/2 full baths - spacious condo that were professionally decorated as you can see by the pictures. Enjoy this resort style community with a large resort style pool and hot tub. The community was built in 2006 and it has a beautiful clubhouse as well as an exercise room. The pool and clubhouse is just steps from the condo. The location is perfect as it is located centrally to 5th Avenue south and Mercato north. Get out of the cold. Go for walks on the beach! Warm weather beats the snow and ice. Naples.... they call it paradise for a reason:) Again, this is suitable for one or two people.

Even before I arrived at the condo, the Foto’s made me feel welcome! I talked with Dee several times and she gave me the information I requested. When I arrived in Naples, the unit was everything I had hoped for, and more. It was immaculate and well appointed. It truly became my home away from home!!

Great location, Super Condo at Positano Place, Naples

We had a great time in Naples, at Positano Place, the 2 bedroom condo is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped, we really enjoyed spending time in the Lanai, which had a super view of the resort style pool and club house. Positano Place is centrally located, convenient for shoppping, restaurants and the beaches.

Great condo in a terrific location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Naples at beautiful Positano Place. Our condo was truly lovely with a fantastic view. it was newly and tastefully furnished and we loved the king size bed in the master bedroom. It also is situated perfectly for getting down to 5th Avenue and Old Naples quickly as well as to Venetian Bay, Waterside and Mercato. The owners were also very responsive to our needs and within easy reach by phone to solve any problems. We will be returning.

Incredible!!

Had a fantastic time! Beautiful and spacious condo. Newly furnished and impeccably clean. I love that it is centrally located to all the good beaches, Mercato and famous 5th Avenue. The owners are very responsive and easy to deal with at anytime. I would definitely like to return again!

Comfortable accomodations

A beautiful complex, well maintained and large resort pool. The unit is nicely decorated and well appointed for your stay. We had a very enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing time.

We speak English and Italian. We are not retired as of yet so we come down to Naples as often as we can throughout the year. We love Naples Florida especially for the beauty and feeling very safe during the day or evening. The crime rate is one of the lowest in all of Florida. As it is mainly snowbirds in Naples, everyone is extremely friendly. You will see that for yourself when you spend a winter in Naples!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location... this condo is central to everything. 5th Avenue, Mercato, The Pier, Vanderbilt Beach, Golf, Shopping, Restaurants. Walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, Nail Salon and much much more. Leave the car at home - the mall is on the corner. Just 10 minute walk.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this property immediately because of how new it was and the resort feel of the condo, pool and clubhouse. This is a gated community with stunning landscaping. The people are very friendly and helpful if you need directions etc. They also have community parties so you get to meet and greet your neighbours and other snowbirds that have come down for the winter.
