Great location, plenty of room

This home worked out so well for our family. It offered plenty of bed options and was very spacious. We didn't feel like we were tripping over one another. The location was also very convenient to get to and from our various destinations. Highly recommend!

Best Ever

This is the third time we have stayed in one of the beautiful homes offered by the owners. The homes are always very clean, very comfortable, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend them and are looking forward to our next visit.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this property. It’s so comfortable and has everything we need as well as the location to visit our family that live there. Might want to have the pest control treat as we found several spiders inside. We will be back. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Never could figure out your thermostat Might want to spray outside for ants - none inside Beds in single and queen too high for elderly - don't know about master - wasn't in there All else was good with the exception of toilet paper shortage - had to purchase some - Now that wasn't so bad was it?

Unprecedented !

This property was amazing! Everything about it was fantastic. The rooms were very large and inviting and very clean. I kept saying to everyone over and over that I loved the layout of the house and wish I could have this same place at home. Knowing that we would be spending quite a bit of time there due to a family members limited mobility I did buy a few extra kitchen supplies that someone else may not have needed. Such as: more dish soap, garbage bags and dish towels. I wouldn't think twice about staying again. Congratulations to the owners for taking such good care of the place and offering such great service.

Nice house

It was a nice house. Overall, it would be a five star rating if the listing was accurate. A hot tub is a hot tub not a Jacuzzi tub in the master bed room. spent 45 minutes plus cleaning off the patio furniture so we could sit on it. It was filthy. I understand Paulin, but this was straight dirt and dust. It is the summertime and that’s where we wanted to spend most of our time. Not a big deal the house was comfortable and nice but the for the price we paid. I shouldn’t have to clean a thing when I get there.

Great Location. Bathroom essentials lacking.

House was in a great location. Nice neighborhood and clean. Management was very responsive.and check in was easy. We would have given it 5 stars, but bathroom supplies were lacking in quality. Toilet paper was so thin (the National parks even had better toilet paper) and they only gave us a hotel size container of shampoo to last a week that was very poor quality, it didn't even suds up. We ended up purchasing our own shampoo since what they supplied ran out in just one day. Paper towel was as cheap as you can buy. Our suggestion to the management- provide descent paper towels, toilet paper and shampoo, even if you need to increase the price by a few dollars.

Fruita Velo house

Great quiet neighborhood. Close to walking & biking trails. Great that it was pet friendly. Would have like a larger yard, but privacy fence was a plus. Well equipped kitchen. Nice cruiser bikes included. The self locking front entry lock was almost an issue, but wasn’t. Back porch was nice to have for shade and a place to play with the dog and kids (it wa hot!). Comfortable furniture including beds. TV was sort of an issue, (needs an antenna), but my daughter used her Nextflix account and the kiddos were happy. One chair on back porch is missing a screw for the arm. Everything else was great! Thanks.!

The best place to make memories!

This is a *very* clean and *very* comfortable rental. We found everything to be in excellent shape. Communication regarding check in/out was clear and straightforward - we arrived late at night and had an early departure so the clear instruction were much appreciated. The check out requirements are very minimal. We’ve stayed in other home rentals that had a rather lengthy checklist of things to do prior to checking out, but Kristy and Mike made that process easy. Our teens also loved the house (and the gift basket). Kristy and Mike - Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Why they chose this property

We like the location because of the quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home. The interior of the home is a single story and has an open feel. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom is enormous. The kitchen flows to the living, dining and patio areas nicely. The outdoor patio faces north and great for sitting and relaxing on hot afternoons.
