We were up for baseball tournaments over the weekend. The property was great, clean rooms, very close to the ballpark. Had all the amenities we needed couldn't ask for more beautiful property.

Our host was very responsive and the property was as advertised. A perfect house for six people and totally do-able for 8! Easy access to town AND Rd 18 biking.

The home surpassed our expectations. Great location, quiet neighborhood, view of distant mountains, and lots of room for the 5 of us and our pup! We will definitely be back!

One of the nicer and cleaner VRBOs I've stayed in. Just what we were looking for. Beds were comfy.The only thing I'd like to mention is it may be nice to specify that you don't have access to the garage since this is advertised as a VRBO for mountain bikers. We had hoped to put bikes in the garage but we made it work.

everything about the house was great. because we did some cooking, we wish there was a cullender, but the host was great to work with, the place was immaculate, and the beds were great. It was close to Grand Junction yet we felt it was better because we were not rushed, but could be in Grand Junction in 10 minutes. I would recommend this house to anyone.
