Altbau-Flair mit moderner Kunst und ruhigem Garten

Schönes Haus mit ruhigem Garten ohne fremden Einblick. Gemütliche Sitzecke im Wohnzimmer, div. Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen, Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Schmusebedürftiger, stubenreiner Kater gehört zum Haus, Fütterung war 1x täglich durch uns (Nahrung wurde gestellt). Gute Bus-Anbindung an Innenstadt Bordeaux (max. 15 min) und Zug nach Arcachon. Supermarkt nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfreich. Für eine Familie eine sehr guter Tip, wenn man wie wir lieber für sich und mit Platz wohnt als eng und im Trubel.

Sehr nettes Haus mit Terrasse und perfekt ausgestatteter Küche

Sehr herzliche Gastgeberin mit vielen guten Tipps, eine sehr nette Katze, die wir in unser Herz geschlossen haben, schönes Wohnzimmer, gutes Haupt-Schlafzimmer, wunderbare Terrasse mit Grill, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Séjour agréable

Merci à Catherine pour son accueil et ses bons plans. Malgré les fortes chaleur de la première semaine nous avons pu profiter des environs et de la maison climatisée. Pour le stationnement, il n'était pas payant dans la rue du 14 juillet au 15 août, mais en-dehors de cette période la zone est bleue. 1 ou 2 transats de plus auraient été top 😉

Location cosy, bien équipé et calme malgré les chantiers aux alentours.

Appartement propre et bien agencé . Nous avons loués ce bien pour une durée d’une semaine et nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

agréable propriété, très bon accueil

C'est une maison très bien équipée en électroménager, confortable et très jolie dans une rue calme mais proche de tous commerces et des arrêts de bus. Salle de bain au top ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis malgrés une avance de 2 h. Le salon est spacieux et chaleureux.
