We think you will like our comfortable villa. It has been in the family for over 50 years! There is plentiful seating in the spacious living area and enclosed porch. Have your morning coffee on the porch while critiquing the swings of golfers on the fourth tee of the Atlantic Dunes golf course (formerly called Ocean Course), or enjoying the wildlife that frequents the lagoons right outside the back door (yes...there are alligators.) Walk across the bridge to our private putting green, available only to property owners and their guests. The tennis court is just a short walk from our front door and the beach is a short ten minute walk. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Renovated with new cabinetry, countertops and flooring in 2025. A large, deep utility sink and full sized washer and dryer are in the laundry area. The enclosed court yard serves to store chairs, hang towels and rinse off after a day at the beach. The master bedroom downstairs has a private bath with large walk-in shower. Furnishings include a king size bed and two chests of drawers. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a pair of twin beds and chests with ample drawer space. Each bedroom has its own bath with tub/shower combination. The living area and porch have flat screen TVs with HDTV cable. There is a small DVD library for down time. We also provide wireless internet. Our allotted parking spaces are just outside the front door. No stairs to climb or elevators to ride to enter the villa. Perfect for the guests who find climbing stairs challenging.

Centrally located to golf, tennis, the beach, south beach and Harbor Town! House is comfortable and has all you need for cooking, hanging out. The sunroom is lovely. Stocked with beach supplies. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Really enjoyed our stay!

This was a great choice for our family vacation. The location is quiet and peaceful yet not too far from the beach. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities one could need for a beach vacation - really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagon! Communication with the owner was excellent and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Lovely Peaceful Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. It was stocked with everything anyone could need. The recently renovated kitchen was beautiful and held more than enough dishes and silverware for our family of five for the week. We loved the view from the bright sunroom and the walk to the beach was not far at all. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the shed and the wagon was a convenient way to get everything to the beach. We had a wonderful week and would definitely return to this lovely home!

My home away from...

Great location!

Great location and short walk to the beach! We saw lots of gators and wildlife out the big back windows. The patio shed had everything we needed for the beach, even toys for the little ones, which was convenient. We are big into golf and enjoyed the course and visited the putting green everyday! Highly recommend this property!

Great Spot on HH

Our family had a great time! Rental was clean and great location for walking to beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was very comfortable. Our teens enjoyed the space to relax and watch movies when they weren’t out enjoying the island. No need to bring beach stuff, they have an awesome well-stocked shed with everything! We really liked having our morning coffee looking out the big windows at pond and putting green. Thank you for introducing us to HH!

The perfect setting

The villa is ideally located within Sea Pines. It offers a peaceful beautiful view with easy access to the beach and bike paths. The villa is comfortable and homey, with a well equipped kitchen and convenient outside grill. Property is well managed and clean and communication with the owner was easy and efficient. Super spot!

We loved this condo and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for me, my husband and 4 kids (ages 14-20). We loved that the kids ad their own bedroom space and bathrooms upstairs. Master conveniently located on bottom floor was great. Condo is fully stocked with everything we needed especially the kitchen. Great communication from owner from the time we arrived on the island. Would rent again for sure!

Great Location

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. It was fantastic. I was concerned about the distance to the beach, but it was an easy, close and relaxing walk. Everything we needed for the beach was included. Lots do here in addition to the beach. I highly recommend this for families with teenagers. We rented them bikes and they had complete freedom.

Enjoyable stay for Memorial Day

We enjoyed our stay in this home for the Memorial Day weekend. The home and accommodations were exactly as shown. Like a previous reviewer said, this didn't feel like a rental property, it felt like we were staying in a friend's villa. The location was not a bad walk to the beach. Great proximity to Sea Pines Forest Preserve where there are nice walking/running trails. My son fished in the lakes there and caught some nice bass. Grace the owner was very accommodating and responsive. I would rent here again.

Perfect !!

We loved our stay !! We were 3 couples and everyone kept commenting on how wonderful the condo was - comfortable, spacious and great location. Peaceful and quiet. Very nice area out back, with view of beautiful pond. In the mornings we would sit by the pond drinking our coffee. Short walk to the beach, many locations accessible by bike. Grace was extremely helpful prior to our stay. We would definitely return.

Cozy, comfortable, just perfect!

Wow, it was everything we wanted and more! It was comfortable for lounging and relaxing, if even had a beautiful lagoon view. The kitchen was well stocked for the evenings we cooked in, the rooms very clean and spacious, and the furniture was wonderfully comfortable, plenty of room for a family with all adults or teenagers. Grace kindly checked on us and made sure we had what we needed and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Want to return again!!

Sea Pines Heaven

This was our second stay at this house, and in our opinion there is no better place on the island to stay. Spotlessly clean, wonderful location, and all the facilities you could wish for. Grace - the host, responds to all questions in a very timely way and went above and beyond to make our holiday as good as it could possibly be. The fact that we returned within 12 months says it all, and when we come back again, which we will certainly do, this is property that is no 1 on our list to book. Very very highly recommended.

Great Sea Pines villa

The villa was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The bathrooms weren't very big but they were all just remodeled and look great. The walk to the beach was only 7-8 minutes. The owner provided a beach cart, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys - plus we left our paddle ball set for future guests! The view out the back was awesome and we enjoyed the private putting green a few times. We saw lots of birds and an alligator was beside the putting green one day.

Holiday

We had a truly memorable stay at No 83. Right from the booking process to departure, communication with Grace could not be faulted. The property was spotless, very well equipped and in a super safe location on Sea Pines. Easy access to South Beach pool and Salty Dog for breakfast pancakes, along with the many fabulous beaches, and the option to hone your short game golf skills on the beautifully prepared green right across from your back garden. Our favourite beach was Burkes beach as it was less crowded. Plenty of bike trails right outside the front door. Would highly recommend this property and we would would not look anywhere else should we return in the future. Thank you Grace for a wonderful holiday.

We live the upstate of South Carolina. We are so fortunate to be able to enjoy both the mountains and the coast! We most enjoy beach time, fishing and biking at Hilton Head. It's such a wonderful place to rest and unwind.

Why they chose this property

Our father grew up in the Low Country of South Carolina, but settled in the Upstate to pursue his career. To maintain a connection to the Low Country, he purchased this villa in 1969. Fairway Lane Villas were some of the first condominiums built in Sea Pines. It has been the site of many gatherings of family and friends, honeymoons and holiday celebrations. It has passed on to us and we want to share it with guests and show off our beautiful coast. Now our grandchildren - the fourth generation - are enjoying it too!

What makes this property unique

Our villa is conveniently located in Sea Pines Plantation. Walk across the road to an entrance of the 603 acre Forest Preserve, where you can fish, observe wildlife in the Rookery, meander along the many trails that take you through bogs and old rice fields. There is even an ancient Indian shell ring within the Preserve. In less than a ten minute walk, you can be relaxing on our private beach. If you prefer to drive, check out the Sea Pines Beach Club which has recently undergone a fabulous renovation. Our community tennis court is just outside our front door. If you enjoy biking, take a relaxing ride to Harbour Town, or be more adventurous and ride to South Beach, home of the famous Salty Dog T-shirt. Sea Pines boasts 17 miles of bike/walking paths. If you are an equestrian enthusiast, Lawton Stables is also nearby. Enjoy a trail ride through the Forest Preserve. Of course, you must visit world famous Harbour Town, home to the RBC Heritage golf tournament. Harbour Town features a great playground for children, shopping, dining and the beautiful marina and lighthouse. Enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset over Calibogue Sound. Sportsmen can kayak, parasail, paddle board and many other outdoor activities while in Hilton Head. Bring your boat and dock it at nearby Broad Creek Marina.
