Noisy but nice Biarritz

Biarritz is not a quiet place, what with all-night crashing of waves (soothing for some); late-night revellers enjoying themselves too much; early morning tractors moving sand; and motor-cycles/scooters racing along the road below. Neither does it have the quantity or quality of inland places and events of some French towns we've visited. But the sun shone every day, the beach was beautiful and uncrowded, the apartment was excellent with easy access to beach and town. It offered great views across Le Grand Plage and every piece of equipment one might need for a self-catered stay. Liane was a superb and helpful host, for example leaving a requested electric fan on the doorstep by 6.30 the next morning. Although strong waves limited our ability to get into the sea, the presence of vigilant lifeguards was a comfort and the pool linked to the apartment block more than made up for it. All in all, an excellent holiday.

Excellente location

Nous avons passé quatre jours dans ce studio et c'est un choix idéal pour un couple. L'espace est parfaitement optimisé et il est vraiment trÚs bien équipé (four, cafetiÚre Nespresso, grand frigo, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, aspirateur, nombreuses ustensiles de cuisine, salle de bain bien conçue, WC séparé...). La décoration est trÚs agréable et lumineuse. La literie du canapé-lit est trÚs confortable. De trÚs nombreuses attentions nous attendaient lors de notre arrivée et Liane est une personne particuliÚrement prévenante (elle a par exemple fait garder une place de parking pour nous alors que c'était un jour de braderie à Biarritz et que tous les stationnements étaient complets). Enfin, la vue sur la Grande Plage est tout simplement magique ! Une location que nous ne pouvons que chaudement recommander.

Un bon choix

Accueil excellent et appartement superbement situé. Il faut savoir que le studio est assez petit, avec pour lit principal un canapé lit convertible. En compensation, on a la possibilité d'utiliser la piscine extérieure de l'immeuble, pas trop surchargée, et la vue sur la grande plage.

Tout est parfait! Le seul hic c'est le parking sous l'immeuble qui ne communique pas par ascenseur avec les étages. Le transfert des bagages s'avÚre compliqué pour des personnes ùgées.

Emplacement de choix Ă  Biarritz

Studio idéalement placé, face à la mer, trÚs bien équipé et joliment décoré. A quelques pas du centre ville, ce logement est aux premiÚres loges pour des couchers de soleil somptueux. Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et la délicate attention à notre arrivée (champagne, boissons fraßches). Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve.

Une superbe escapade.

Un logement vraiment impeccable que ce soit en terme de propretĂ©, d’agencement et d’équipements. La terrasse avec vue sur la Grande Plage est formidable. Le stationnement juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’immeuble est un gros plus, pour y laisser la voiture et profiter du centre de Biarritz et de la plage Ă  pieds. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

L'appartement de Liane est absolument charmant, meublé avec goût, de belles couleurs joyeuses et réconfortantes, avec une vue ébouriffante sur l'océan. On se sent comme dans une vraie habitation. L'équipement est irréprochable, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin jusque dans les moindres détails. Liane est une hÎtesse adorable et attentionnée qui prend un vrai plaisir à recevoir les gens dans de bonnes conditions. Nous avons été accueillis, entre autres, avec une bouteille de champagne et un bouquet de roses fraßches. Je recommande cette adresse à tous ceux qui aiment les beaux endroits.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. Appartement en plein centre ville, trĂšs pratique, avec petite terrasse, vue sur la grande plage et l’ocĂ©an. Studio trĂšs lumineux, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, et trĂšs bien placĂ© devant la promenade maritime et a cotĂ© de la ville commerçante. Nous avons eu la surprise de trouver une bouteille de champagne dans le frigo pour nous. Madame Liane K, la propriĂ©taire, est une personne trĂšs agrĂ©able qui se soucie du bien etre de ses locataires. Si je dois mettre un bĂ©mol, j'ai trouvĂ© que le canapĂ© lit grince si on dort a 2. Mais pas grave. Nous avons ouvert le lit supplĂ©mentaire. Je vous conseille ce petit studio charmant

studio super bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'une localisation idéale, avec une vue superbe. En plein centre de Biarritz, on peut tout faire à pied (je suis venue en TGV). Accueil d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. De toutes mes locations, sans aucun doute ma préférée... plein de petits détails qui changent tout : une bonne huile d'olive, des capsules de café, des magazines, un gel douche, ... Un vrai bonheur.

A Jewel in the Bay

The property was just as advertised and provided a very well equipped and comfortable base to enjoy the delights of Biarritz and surrounding coast and countryside. During the very warm weather it was delightful to sit on the balcony to catch the breeze and enjoy the magnificent views. We arrived on Saturday July 14th which made it impossible to access the apartment by car as the area was blocked off in preparation for the firework display. However once we negotiated this challenge, we had a delightful stay. We really appreciated the easy access to the beach and to the parking area.

Appartement trÚs soigné, trÚs propre, trÚs bien équipé ( comme chez soi ) Une vue splendide face à la grande plage de Biarritz et le parking est appréciable car il devient trÚs difficile de se garer. J'y retournerai certainement !
