Just steps from skiing and with a ski boot dryer - something you don't just see anywhere - this two-bedroom condo really feels as if it's a home away from home. The spacious living area has a tan leather couch, matching armchair, and kilim rugs. A wood-burning fireplace offers plenty of warmth on chilly winter nights.
On a sunny day, head to the small patio to people-watch or sip a glass of wine as you watch the sunset. The open kitchen has a built-in carved wood bar, a Himalayan marble breakfast bar and a stainless steel fridge, and a gas stove. Guests have access to a ski locker with a boot dryer for two pairs of ski boots, games, books, plus parking passes.
The condo property features a mountain-view seasonal pool and sauna. The pool is heated to the low 100s during the winter and upper 80s during the summer. For the winter season, the pool and sauna open a few days before Christmas and stay open through the rest of the ski season. For the summer season, the pool and sauna open around June 21st and stay open until mid-September.

Just minutes from Warm Springs Lodge and the challenging trails of Mt. Baldy, this condo is a skier's paradise and a modern marvel. The lifts are steps away and Ketchum is less than three miles from your door. Visitors head to Sun Valley year round but Warm Springs, where the condo is located, is busiest in the winter. Skiing abounds, at both Dollar Mountain and Mt. Baldy. But if you don't want to ski, you'll still have plenty to do. From snowshoeing to snow-tubing, it's a winter wonderland. Shoppers will enjoy the myriad boutiques at the resort. Downtown Ketchum boasts plenty of dining and outdoor activities as well. If you're an avid ready, you'll love the Ernest Hemingway Memorial.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
