For an ultimate getaway that does not sacrifice style or convenience, we have a stunning property for you to explore. Nestled between the Sapphire and Bitterroot Mountains, The Charlie's Gulch Home is a beautiful
5 bedroom 3 and a 1/ bath, plus a third story loft on a secluded mountain escape. Situated on a 1700 acre working cattle ranch, this roomy private getaway has all the amenities with peaceful charm. Located in Corvallis Montana, the home borders Calf Creek Wildlife Management area and the Bitterroot Stock Farm. The ranch sits above the scenic Bitterroot Valley. Enjoy breathtaking 360 degree views. there are more than 30 miles of paved roads and natural trails to explore. The Hamilton airport is 6 miles down the road and downtown bustling Hamilton is only 8 miles away. Daily excursions are a must with local breweries, quaint restaurants, sites and seasonal activities are just another day in the 'Root!

The large home allows you and your family or friends to stay together in a private mountain escape.

The Charlie's Gulch Home features;

Large open floor plan, a master bedroom with king bed and full bath, walk in closet and separate entrance. Bedroom 2 is next to the master, on the main level shared full bath, open dining areas, kitchen, mudroom, and additional powder room.
Bedroom 3 and 4, lower level, have queen beds, closets and share a full bathroom downstairs Additional twin or full beds available on request.
The third story loft has a twin and a and a queen and a full bed.
Amenities include, hi-speed internet, WiFi, all appliances, stocked kitchen, wrap around porch and sauna. Cleaning services are available for an additional fee. You are welcome to prepare your own meals an outfitted full kitchen. A large dining room seats 6, with an additional 6 seats at the counter island and a 2 person table as well.

Beautiful view

Very clean, lots of amenities, beautiful deck with view. Main floor sleeps four, has a loft which was something the kids loved, Basement area is more of fun activity area with extra sleeping. Enjoyed ourselves and felt safe.

Nice, quiet place to stay at!

It was a relaxing, quiet, ranch area. We enjoyed staying there for our trip. While it was a work in progress when we went, it was spacious enough for everyone to decompress after a long day running around. We want to thank Memphis and his friends for welcoming us every time we came to the house, ( they were the property managers dogs).

The property is a working ranch,so yes there is farm equipment and sheds and miscellaneous pieces in the foreground.the house itself is absolutely beautiful.we comf ortly slept 12 people and we're not crowded.Randy provided everything we needed(minus food of course)and responded quickly to any questions and concerns.we would all stay there again in a New York minute and hopefully we will get a chance.Hamilton and surrounding area were beautiful.Randys' three dogs were a nice addition,the grandkids couldn't get enough of them.

Second time here

We love staying here. Our dog learned to socialize with the owner’s 3 dogs. The owner is accessible and friendly but also never intruded on our space unless I spoke to him first. Greatest rental experience we’ve ever had with vacation homes.

Beautiful Escape!

This property is nested in the foothills of the Sapphire Mountain Range in the Bitterroot Valley. Beautiful scenery - had a herd of elk in the front yard on Christmas Eve. For the outdoorsman - dream vacation.

What a view.amazing. spectacular.

This is a working.ranch, no one is EVER in your way but there is ranch equipment when you first pull in, and alot of it.... don't be put off. The house is so so new and great... the Bitteroot Mountains view are spectacular, don't miss the sunsets ! We had a big boisterous family and would go back in a minute ... many thanks to host Randy and family.

Quite gem in the hills

The property location is close enough to go into town to pick up forgotten/last minute items but far enough away from town to enjoy the unobstructed beauty of the area. The host was a wonderful/helpful man who would answer any questions one would have. Stayed for a wedding and hosted a brunch.more than enough space to entertain 50 + people. Everyone complimented the property.already planning to book again in the future.

This place is awesome! I am a big city girl and it was a culture shock to come to a place way out in the country with nothing else around! But once you get over that it’s awesome! The place is perfect inside though with about 20 beds, Big kitchen, basement, loft and 4 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms, 3 refrigerators, games for kids, it was perfect for our big family. The owners and family were there working outside several times of the day! The three dogs outside would chase anything away! Always felt safe and the views are spectacular! We got to see deer, cows, horses etc. I would definitely do this again if ever in that area!

Rugged Montana perfection.

We truly loved it. Plenty of room. Fifteen minutes to grocery store. Hike to awesome views right out the back door. We loved the fact that it was a working ranch. Sheets, blankets, pillows aplenty. What a porch view! Our kids were ages 9 to 18 and it was fine for them.

Family birthdays

We were there to celebrate 3 family birthdays. The house and property were exactly what we wanted for our group. The house is very nice and roomy, with plenty of space for all 14 of us. The house was fully equipped, from bedding and kitchen items. The wrap around deck was awesome. We would stay there again for sure. No problem with the owner, but many issues with VRBO.
