Annecy Lakeside

Great apartment within a short walk to the centre of town. Arrived by train direct from Paris and host offered to pick us up from the station and gratefully accepted. Took advantage of the cycle hire and track for a trip around the lake. Also direct bus to Chamonix for day trip. Thank you to our hosts.

Very clean, plenty of facilities within the accommodation. Garage for parking was very convenient. Local boulangerie. Shops very close by. Lake view stunning. Only negative points - road traffic very noisy, unable to sit on the balcony. Neighbours noisy when arriving/leaving the building.

La vue sur le lac est vraiment magnifique.Seul petit bémol la route située en dessous de l'appartement est très bruyante sur le balcon et dans l'appartement uniquement si nous laissons les fenêtres ouvertes .Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Annecy

bonjour,location très bien placée avec garage très appréciable dans une ville comme Annecy ou il y a beaucoup de touristes et peu de place de parking.Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute, très sympas et donnent toutes les bonnes infos pour le séjour.Double et triple vitrages très apprécié compte tenu du passage régulier des véhicules sur l'avenue principale devant l'appartement.Sans hésitation ,nous y reviendrons.Yaya 87

Appartement très bien situé à proximité de la vielle ville. On peut tout faire à pied, ce qui n'est pas négligeable vu la circulation et la difficulté pour se garer. Vu splendide sur sur le lac. Appartement fonctionnel et propre. Au programme, vélo, rando, resto, dodo... et une journée de ski à seulement 50km. Séjour parfait. Petite précision pour cet été. Il n'y a plus de piscine à 50m comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Mais il y a le lac...

Après un excellent accueil par les propriétaires à la gare, l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour profiter du lac, de la ville, notamment du Vieux Annecy mais aussi permet un accès aux navettes vers d'autres lieux, comme Menthon ou La Clusaz et Le Grand Bornand. Superbe appartement avec vue exceptionnelle très bien équipé avec clim, double et quadruple vitrage, proche du centre ville. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. on peut tout faire à pied ou à vélo ou par bus gratuit dans les mois de juillet et août. pour ces mois là le garage est un plus.

Emplacement du logement idéal. Vue extraordinaire sur le lac. Accès à la ville très facile : tout peut se faire à pied. Si besoin, les bus sont accessibles. La voiture n'a pas bougé de toute la semaine. Nous y retournerons.
