Located next to the Castle of Annecy, in a very quiet aera, in the heart of the Old Town Village, this fully furnished 3 star apartment has a private entrance and private garden with two terraces for your use. The 1 bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen, living room, laundry and bathroom with separate toilet has a total area of 44 square meters. Parking for one vehicle, wifi , linen, towels are included.
Local Services : Within walking distance are a cinema, restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, bakeries, tearooms, the Annecy Lake, pedestrian zones and bicycle tracks. Local markets are every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday (local products).

Wonderful return visit

This was our second time at the property, last visiting in 2015. Our host Corinne was again very helpful and charming and the apartment was ideal. Very close to the old town and its many restaurants and yet so quiet and private.

A lovely little escape

The villa is in a perfect location. Two mins from the centre of the old town, five mins from the lake. Restaurant and bakeries within a stones throw, but the property is peaceful and private - really lovely place to hike up for some good quality relaxation but be perfectly placed to explore. Recommended ++

A little piece of Annecy heaven

We had the most wonderful four days in Annecy. Corinne made us so welcome. The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable. Great cooking facilities but you don’t really need to cook because there are so many restaurants in the old town. Every one we ate at was perfection. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. This apartment is a must for an idyllic stay. Less than a minute walk into the beautiful old town. Thank you Corinne for making us so welcome. Don’t forget to take a boat trip on the lake. Well worth the money.

Perfect location in beautiful Annecy

Corinne was so lovely and knowledgable about the area. Fresh eggs from her chickens for breakfast each morning. Just a very short walk down a hill and you are in the old town. About 10 minute walk from Intermarche. Annecy is more beautiful than it looks in the photos. A must do location

An Oasis in Annecy

An amazing gite located right in the heart of busy Annecy. Just a couple of minutes walk from the property and you are right in amongst all the shops, restaurants and market stalls. But the property itself feels like an escape from all that as you sit out in your own garden behind the wall and just relax. A good sized space inside the gite with everything you could need for your stay.....really nice to have a well stocked kitchen for cooking, especially when you can buy lovely fresh ingredients from the market on 3 days a week. We loved our time here and would definitely return for another visit....Merci Corinne!

Best location! Great property host!

We stayed three nights. Inside gate of old town Annecy with private property! We could come and go so easily from our place. Leave to explore and return again, over and over. This property is private and quiet. The upstairs was not rented out. Lovely birds singing. Pretty. Inside was very comfortable. The host was amazing, providing us with any and all information we asked for. She was available if needed. Thank you so very much for your generosity of time, your kindnesses and your patience with these only English speaking guests. We would highly recommend this property and Corinne.

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung, super Ausgangsort für Touren in die Stadt oder in die Umgebung. Mit etwas weniger und nur notwendigem Inventar und einer kleinen Modernisierung könnte die Wohnung noch aufgewertet werden und wäre mehr wert.

Perfect location to explore Annecy

The apartment was clean and modern, but within an old home with lots of charm. Cute backyard to sit out and enjoy the view of the old town. Great location in that it was easy to get to with our car, we were able to park within the gated driveway, and then the old town area was just at the bottom of the street. Our host was also wonderful, giving us lots of good recommendations based on our interests, bringing us fresh eggs from the chickens on the property, and even leaving us a local wine to enjoy. Would 100% stay there again when I'm back in Annecy next.

Lovely place in great location

Annecy in the Park

The location of the property of is amazing. It is quiet and peaceful but only a brief walk and you are in the middle of the old town. With your private yard it is easy to relax and have meals outside. We stayed downstairs which was fine for the two of us and everything we need to cook was in the apartment. Parking was easy, convienent and private. If it is hot you will need a fan or air conditioning because you get beautiful sunsets right from the apartment. The best thing about this apartment is Corinne. She was so very helpful with ideas and how to get to places.

Accueil parfait par Corinne,notre hôte.Petite attention à l’arrivée avec une boîte de macarons d’un chocolatier Mof,tous les jours des œufs délicieux des poules du jardin.Un petit soucis de chauffage le premier jour réglé en 5 mn suivant mon message par notre hôte...Bravo.Logement très calme,orienté ouest.Bien esuipé et très propre.Nous sommes restés dehors à contempler tout les soirs le coucher de soleil sur les transats mis à disposition .Boulangerie et restaurant de la vieille ville à 150 m en pensant par une petite porte.Lac à 10 mn à pieds.Tout à proximité...A refaire

Fantastic old town location

Corrine and her husband were so friendly and welcoming and they helped to make our stay in Annecy very enjoyable. They gave us various recommendations of places to visit and were so kind. The location is fantastic, in the atmospheric old town with a bakery and so many restaurants 2 minutes away. It is a great place to stay in Annecy.

Lovely property, located within easy walking distance of the old town and lake. Great to have fresh pastries, restaurants and the market close by. Not a great week weather wise but still enjoyable.

Tranquillity close to the vibrant town centre

Beautiful base in the heart of Annecy, comfortable modern gite with private entrance and garden. Warm welcome from Corinne and Vincent with lots of valuable information. A great place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet whilst the lively town centre is minutes away on foot and the lake and mountains provide a stunning backdrop - excellent for cycling, swimming and walking . Perfect location

We traveled from Portland OR and we absolutely loved our time in Annecy. This was an amazing VRBO location, right in the middle of everything yet, very private and quiet which made it absolutely perfect. Our host greeted us when we arrived and showed us to the VRBO. She was really nice and gave us recommendations on places to go and activities to do. She provided us with maps and brochures as well which was very helpful. The lodging was great, as I mentioned, private, we had our own entrance and the owners stayed in a separate apartment. Very secure and safe area with beautiful views. We didn’t end up using our car much since everything was either in walking or biking distance. Although a car may be handy if going to the mountains - but you can also get to some mountain trails by walking or biking. The owners were accessible when we needed and truly cared about our enjoyment of our trip. Highly recommend! If we find ourselves in Annecy again, we will most definitely be staying here.
