2 night stopover

Loved Annecy, the lake and surrounding area are stunning! The apartment is beautiful. We had a great time and had everything we needed. No problems finding the location as we were send full instructions and met on arrival to check in. An easy pleasant walk along the lake to get to the old town centre where there are lovely restaurants, shops and fantastic ice creams. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent apartment

There was a delay in check in as the property wasn’t ready when we arrived, but that was more than made up for by the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. Everything we needed was there and the host was great- they made up for the late check in with a late checkout which helped. The only thing I’d improve about our stay was the check in process. Beautiful apartment!

Un emplacement idéal, quelques points à améliorer Appartement très bien situé, offrant un accès rapide et facile à la ville, au lac et à la plage en quelques minutes seulement. Un vrai atout pour profiter pleinement de la destination. Le parking intérieur avec garage privé est également un plus appréciable. Cependant, lors de notre séjour, nous avons connu plusieurs jours consécutifs à 30 °C, et l’absence de climatisation s’est révélée problématique. Malgré les stores maintenus baissés toute la journée et la présence de ventilateurs, la température intérieure ne descendait pas en dessous de 30 °C, rendant les nuits difficiles. L’installation d’un système de climatisation serait vraiment la bienvenue. Petit détail supplémentaire : la machine à café Tassimo était peu fiable, ce qui n’est pas l’idéal pour bien démarrer la journée. Dans l’ensemble, un logement agréable grâce à sa localisation, mais qui gagnerait à être équipé d’une climatisation pour les séjours estivaux. Suoe Communication avec l’hôte

Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und entsprach der Beschreibung. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert.Super war der separate abschließbare Fahrradraum.Die Garagenboxen sind relativ eng, lässt sich aber nicht ändern.

Très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité immédiate du vieux Annecy, Il est moderne et bien équipé, le balcon et la terrasse sont un vrai plus. La procédure d'arrivée est super bien faite.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dem Appartement. Die Qualität der Schlafcouch war gut um darauf zu schlafen. Die Einrichtung inkl. Küchender war umfassend.
