Nature is accessible on foot and by bike; shops are a 100-meter walk away, along with beaches and shops in the village centre just 100 metres away
Built in 1966 by our grandfather in the middle of farmland at the time, this 134-square-meter home, on the ground floor, has managed to preserve its natural surroundings despite urban development, thanks to the large 1,200-square-meter lot, enclosed by walls, located 100 metres from the wild coastline.

Would you like to find yourself—as a couple, with family, or with friends—in this unique setting that is the Île de Ré, far from it all and so close to nature, yet so easily accessible thanks to the bridge that connects directly to La Rochelle
? We’ve set it up this year so we can stay there in complete comfort and take full advantagethis exceptional setting—the tranquility, swimming, biking, and walking (especially at night, when it’s lit up by the lighthouse’s glow beneath the stars while listening to the surf)
Don’t miss the sunsets, which are always different from one day to the next.
