300m from the Conche des Baleines (the most beautiful beach on the Ile de Ré) 2 steps from the Wild Coast and salt marshes (bird reserve) and cycle paths: Large charming rustic house of 120m² with flowery courtyard to the south and garden with trees and enclosed by walls.
It is located in an adorable and quiet alley, the car park is 150 m away and temporary parking is possible at the entrance to the alley at 30 meters.
The Maison de Rais spirit is made up of:
  _1 dining room / open kitchen (overlooking garden and courtyard) stove / oven, dishwasher / Fridge: freezer, microwave...
- 1 living room with fireplace, TV, Dvd player, wifi, overlooking the garden.
-1 vestibule giving access to:
    -1 bathroom (washing machine)

Un excellent séjour!

Malgré trois semaines de tempête, un très bon moment en famille dans cette maison authentique. À quelques minutes à pied du phare des baleines, de la plage de la Conche, et de la côte sauvage.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur l´ile qui est superbe et en plus nous étions bien placé près du phare des baleines, coucher du soleil à ne pas rater. En ce qui concerne la maison... trop encombrée de statut, déco on dirait plus un musée qu´une location, certaines armoires sont fermées avec un cadenas et le peu d´armoires disponibles sont encombrées de couettes, oreillers et plus encore, donc aucun rangement pour les locataires ce qui veux dire que l´on a laissé nos vêtements dans les valises, et la cuisine pareil. Les fauteuils du salon sont TRÈS inconfortables !!! les coussins ont besoin d´être changé on ne s´y est même pas assis, tellement que l´on était mal alors qu´après le repas du soir et la journée de visite un confort d´assise se mérite... ils sont complètement avachis, Quand au petit jardin il a besoin d´être rafraîchit car trop de plantes donc très peu de place pareil pour la petite terrasse trop encombré de pots de fleurs heureusement que l´on était que 4 personnes alors que la maison est prévue pour 7 !!! Pour la salle de bain pareil aucun rangement tout était encombré et l´armoire pareil fermée à clefs. Niveau propreté de la maison pas top... poussière, toile d´araignée etc... dommage car jolie petite maison typique de l´ile de ré.

Tres agréable maison

Cette maison ancienne est très bien située, au calme, proche du phare des baleines et d’une très belle et longue plage. Elle dispose d’une cour intérieure et d’un jardin, où l’on peut prendre ses repas. Nos hôtes ont été charmants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison.

Séjour très agéable dans maison pleine de charme

De l’authenticité et une situation très agréable. Un séjour à la Toussaint au calme auprès de la cheminée. Idéal pour des amateurs de marais salant, de plage tout près du phare des baleine. Chambres lumineuses, petite terrasse privative à l’abri avec un jardin très vert. L'ensemble a un coté un peu biscornu charmant. Très bien équipé, rien ne nous a manqué.

Maison rustique au bout du monde

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines. C est un ensemble d anciennes maisons de pêcheurs rassemblées. Nous avons apprécié d etre au bout de l ile près du phare. Espace de vie très tranquille. Les enfants ont pu faire du vélo tous les jours ou presque et nous avons pu à la toussaint nous baigner dans la mer toute proche. Le feu de cheminée en soirée ainsi que les bains au sel de l ile étaient un plus agréablement fin de journée pour se détendre.

3 semaines très agréables à l’île de ré

Nous avons passé 3 très agréables semaines dans cette maison. Elle est très bien placée : très joli hameau pas trop touristique et surtout à 5 minutes à pieds de la magnifique plage des Conches. Le village de Saint Clément des Baleines est à 10 minutes en vélo. Joli marché où on peut faire ses courses. La maison est ancienne mais assez pratique. Il y a trois grandes chambres et une plus petite. Nous étions 6 (3 adultes et 3 enfants) très à l’aise. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très prévenants. Je vous recommande chaudement!
