We had such a wonderful stay at the Willow House! The home is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. The pool was amazing and quickly became everyone’s favorite spot. There were so many thoughtful amenities throughout the home, which made our stay even more comfortable.The host truly went above and beyond to take care of us. Communication was excellent from booking through our entire stay, and the sweet surprise of snacks was such a thoughtful touch.We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend staying here!

Our host was terrific! She was very responsive to any questions or any issues that we had. The home was a great place for our family to meet. He had lots of space, but it also had some really good amenities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our grandkids enjoy the trampoline a lot. We will rent again if given the opportunity to return to the Phoenix area.

We came & stayed for my son’s wedding. It was a great place for all our family to relax & get ready for the big event. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy each space in the house. Val Vista Lake House

Great property and host. The home was even better than the pictures shown. Plenty of room and amenities. The media room was off the hook. The host, Marti, was thoughtful and prompt with all correspondence. Hopefully, next year works out for us to stay again.

This was one of our best experiences with VRBO. This home is gorgeous inside and out. Beautifully furnished! Comfy beds! There are so many thoughtful touches throughout! We were greeted with a welcome basket full of snacks, a case of bottled water and coffee! There are games…paddle boards for the lake… basket balls for the court…golfballs & club for the putting green. The pool was clean and so refreshing! Our grandkids loved the trampoline, pool and movie room!Communication with our host, Marti, was seamless! She is the best! We’ve already booked our next stay!!

We loved our time at this home. We had 10 people staying and there was plenty of space to gather together and space to get away alone. We loved the big screen in the media room for football while others watched the game in the pool. So many tvs in the house made it fun for game day. 4 of the five bedrooms were ensuites -their own bathroom- and there were 3 other bathrooms. Large kitchen and island with family room off it with kitchen nook made it fun to cook meals together and also two outdoor grills- so much in the house I could go on and on. Well stocked with lots of tp poolTowels etc. the owner was so kind and attentive to all of our needs and made us feel comfortable and welcome in such a gorgeous home. There is also a lot of security gates if you have younger kids- we didn’t need them, but if you’re questioning that it is very safe and secure for younger children. We enjoyed putting green, trampoline, basketball court too!

If you’re looking for the ultimate stay in the Phoenix area, this house is for you! It literally has something for everyone. We booked the Willow house for a family wedding taking place in the area and our decision to book this property did not disappoint! We used EVERY amenity the house had to offer. From the pool, spa, basketball area, trampoline, put-put area and outside gathering area - there wasn’t an aspect we didn’t enjoy using as a family! To get my 84 year old dad to even play “horse” with me and my sons was the cherry on top. With the house set on a scenic waterfront, the fabulous exterior space matched an equally amazing interior space. There was room for everyone to spread out or gather. Marti was an amazing host and answered any questions we may have had during our stay. She was also extremely available and attentive. The house was even equipped with the little things you might not think of like an iron, sun tan lotion, and make-up wipes. We left feeling like we needed more time at this home as we really enjoyed our stay. We can’t wait to book this house again and again. We know you’ll love it just as much as we did!

Val Vista Lakes is a wonderful area. Clean, safe and gated community. There is a club house with tennis, workout rooms, sandy beach and lap pools
The wild life is always interesting specially during the spring with all the baby ducks, and turtles. The people in the neighborhood are kind and considerate.

What makes this property unique

The property is very unique. It is located on 3/4 acre on the Lake. There is a basketball court, trampoline, mini-golf, hot tub and two barbeques grills. There is a large gazebo with three TV's, kitchen, and a swim up bar. The property is a small mini resort.
