I am a native of Arizona over 40 years. I was born in Tempe, Arizona and now live in Chandler, Arizona. I live less than 5 miles away from this property. I own and manage a software company in Chandler, Arizona as well as this property.
Why they chose this property
The property is comfortable with beautiful Arizona sunset views over the water from the backyard. With no homes across the water, it makes for a very peaceful stay. The patio is large enough to accommodate big groups. The pool and outdoor BBQ are also available to celebrate any occasion. The famous Ocotillo Golf Course is just around the corner. Unlimited Tennis is available.
What makes this property unique
If you enjoy relaxing on the patio with a glass of wine and taking it all in, you will love this property. From bird watching to fishing to gazing at the stars, you can do it all from the beautiful backyard of this property. Plenty of space for friends\family and a pool for the kids. Golf is less than a mile away.
