ABSOLUTE FRONT-ROW OCEANFRONT BLUFF HOME ON THE MUCH SOUGHT AFTER KAILUA WAY. (Check carefully: Many rentals claim "oceanfront" but are actually set behind a road or rooftops).

Spectacular 180-degree views of the Pacific and crashing waves from all three levels. This house is uniquely positioned on the bluff for extraordinary vantage point views.

We care very much about keeping a clean and well-maintained home. We also must keep water consumption down.

NEW RENOVATIONS/UPGRADES (many of the photos are not current): New bathrooms including sexy tile work. New outdoor shower. Expanded deck landing and additional floor to ceiling sliding door off of living room, expanded and resurfaced driveway (more room for parking), updated design and decor elements throughout included modern lighting, upgraded bedding, dimmer switches, and USB outlets in every room, and newly repurposed lower twin room with crashing wave views from bed. Upgraded Wi-Fi. EV charger.

Five Bedrooms with great separation and privacy. Every room has ocean views and surf from the bed:

It is so rare to find a place so intimately connected to the sea. The views here and breathtaking, the beds cozy, the hot tub amazing and Dillon beach is such a wonderful nearby treasure. We loved our stay!

Might be our favorite VRBO ever! The views are immaculate! Everything you could ever need is provided such as cooking supplies, dishware, detergent for washing machine, ect. Fabulous House!

For over 20 years David coveted this amazing house as a renter. With encouragement from wife Jessica, they eventually took the first risky step towards owning the house, making the initial purchase with the help of investors.

Six years later they were able to buy the property outright, and now curate this magical and breathtaking property as a team, spending time watching the crashing waves together whenever possible.
