Provencal house, ideally located between Avignon and Orange

La Sourgueto is a restored family home that welcomes holidaymakers from May through September, giving them full use of the property with no other guests during their stay. It offers every modern comfort, with a fully equipped kitchen/living room and two bedrooms (one on the ground floor and one upstairs), both with their own bathrooms. Both bedrooms overlook the river. During the summer, the ground floor stays cool, and air conditioning is installed upstairs to ensure comfort during heat waves. Set back from the avenue, the house’s entrance opens onto a patio furnished with a table, a side table, and patio furniture. You enter the courtyard, which is enclosed by a remote-controlled gate, keeping your vehicle safe. Furthermore, keeping the property clean has always been a top priority for us.
There are numerous tourist attractions nearby, all within easy reach, offering a wide variety of itineraries to explore. From history to wine tasting (Châteauneuf-du-Pape!) to hiking and biking, as well as famous natural landscapes and hidden gems (Luberon, Dentelles de Montmirail, Pont du Gard), as well as the towns (Avignon, Orange, Carpentras...) and villages of Vaucluse and the nearby Gard. There’s no shortage of things to do, but when you return, you’ll be happy to come back to the house, feeling truly at home. And let’s not forget, just fifteen minutes from Sorgues in Monteux, the Wave Island water park (17 attractions) and the brand-new Spirou Park. Wonderful days ahead for young and old alike!
Finally, just 200 metres from the house, the brand-new Himalayan suspension bridge is the starting point for a lovely stroll or bike ride.
