Beach front condo on 3rd flr. Building has been completely renovated Sleeps 6.

This quiet beach destination is unique for it only has 58 units total on 6 floors. Our family has enjoyed this property for many years. We found that it is really different than the other condo's that are more than 20 stories and have hundreds of units and thousands of people. Our pool and beach is never crowded with all the craziness that you might have at the mega condo's. Minimum age to rent is 26. No pets are allowed. New mattresses, microwave and outside furniture was just purchased February 2026.

This family oasis is truly oriented so you can have a quiet peaceful stay without running into people that make you have to keep your eye on everything. Reserve your stay and you'll reserve your return I'm sure. We have paid attention to all the details so you don't have to. We appreciate your interest and hope to reserve your vacation soon. Great location, clean and well stocked. Beaches weren’t crowded and elevators rarely had any wait at all. Couch bed was the only negative, it was extremely thin and my daughter just slept on the couch since it was more comfy. I suggest maybe a mattress pad on top. We enjoyed our stay!

We spent a great week at this condo in September! Felt like home. Very comfortable with all the necessities. Mariner West is very family friendly and quiet. Beautiful uncrowded beach and well kept pool and grounds. Hope to get to stay here again!

Why they chose this property

This condo is a second home to our entire family. It has been in the family since my children were 4 years old and we have made many cherished memories there. It is only a short drive from Georgia

What makes this property unique

This unit has it all. Completely updated gorgeous kitchen with all of the necessities of home. We are right on the beach. You can sit and listen to the ocean in the comfort of our condo or take a stroll down to the pool located right on the beach. There is a nice man who rents chairs at the beach.
