It has an optional garage.
In high season (from June 16 to September 15, 2018) the rent is made for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Written contract is made in a personalized way. At the entrance to the property you have to make a deposit of € 200, refundable at the end of the stay.
Weekend prices, bridges and holidays may vary in the winter season. Check with the owner.
The crib is optional and is mounted on request with a supplement of € 10 per night.
Located in the heart of Playa de Gandia, Clot de la Mota street 32, in an excellent area and very close to the beach at 150 meters. Near supermarkets and restaurants.
Beach with fine golden sand, which makes it the best beach on the coast due to its characteristics.
Gandia beach has Blue Flag thanks to the quality of water and hygiene is maintained daily on it. Gandia is thus considered the most privileged area of ​​Valencia, because it has a mountainous and maritime environment also, with the Mediterranean Sea.
With regard to the activities you can enjoy beach football, volleyball or basketball, as well as others among which windsurfing, jet skiing, sailing trips, because classes are held at the sailing school. Also on the beach there are six scenarios in which entertainment, music and animation will be distributed in six different points on the beach are offered.

Apartamento muy acogedor, según lo especificado. Todo correctísimo, muy limpio, terraza amplia con vistas a la piscina, cerquita de la playa (300 metros). Los propietarios muy amables y atentos. Volveríamos, sin dudarlo.

Buen alojamiento

Apartamento sencillo pero con todo lo necesario para tres personas en nuestro caso, aunque había para mas. Muy buen trato por parte de los anfitriones en todo momento, tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado, averías que surgen, faltó tiempo para que los dueños nos proporcionasen un AC portátil. Lo único que mejoraría serían colchón grande y el sofá-cama del salón, bastante duros. La piscina y urbanización muy tranquilas. Si hay ocasión no me importaría repetir.

MUY RECOMENDABLE

Hemos estado la primera semana de septiembre y la verdad que nos ha encantado. El apartamento está muy bien situado, es amplio y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para pasar unos días de vacaciones. La atención con los propietarios ha sido excelente. En cuanto a la piscina y zonas comunes, decir que casi nunca coincidíamos con nadie así que teníamos la piscina prácticamente en exclusiva, pero se otra que está muy cuidado. En definitiva, es un alojamiento muy recomendable para pasar unos días en la playa de Gandía. Gracias a los propietarios.

Magnífica estancia.

Pasamos una excelente semana en Gandía. El apartamento tal como muestran las fotos. Muy buena la limpieza y la comunicacion con los propietarios, flexibilizaron los horarios de entrada y salida. La zona común un poco pequeña pero suficiente, nosotros no tuvimos problema de espacio en una de las semanas de más afluencia del año.

Me ha encantado, el apartamento está cerca de todo, los dueños un encanto el primer día el tostador no funcionaba y a los pocos minutos ya me habían traído uno nuevo y una sandwichera, la piscina genial abierta hasta las 12 de la noche, sin duda alguna repetiremos!!

un peut loin des commerces .plage 300 a 400 mt .belle proprietee...mais le menage laisse a desirer...vieux frigo etageres cassees ....vieux grill pain....vieux micro onde....literie des lits jumeaux trres inconfortable.... tres vieux draps....le tout pas nette....meme pas de couverture pour les lits jumeaux....2 vieux dessus de lit...dommage car l appart est bien...

Buscábamos lo más cerca a Madrid, poder ver el mar! Los momentos que son no ayudan a mover se de casa...pues, la verdad, estamos contentísimos. Ubicación apartamento muy cerca d la playa, escasos 5 minutos, urbanización con excelentes servicios, piscina...y el apartamento estupendo. limpieza un 10, y amplio, la terraza lo mejor! De veras, da gusto dar con arrendadores que se ocupan de tener el apartamento como a todos nos gusta encontrarlo. Muchas gracias Carmina y José Luis, nos hemos venido con muy buen sabor de boca!

Estupendas vacaciones familiares

Todo tal cual las fotos, cómodo y limpio con todo lo necesario. Es un bloque de viviendas, donde hay muchos propietarios de apartamentos que te hacen sentir como en casa. El portero controla el aforo de la piscina y la desinfecta varias veces al día. A 5 minutos andando a la playa, que con su anchura y largura garantizan la distancia social. En definitiva nos volvemos muy contentos.

Lo hemos pasado súper bien

Fuimos con nuestros bebés de 11 meses y nos ha parecido todo perfecto. Un Carrefour a 5 minutos andando un mercadona a 5 minutos en coche. Los dueños majisimos hicieron todo lo posible para tener la casa preparada cuanto antes. La playa a 5 minutillos andando también.. El edificio súper tranquilo muchas veces estábamos solos en la piscina, nos hemos alojado la primera semana de septiembre. La casa bastante cómoda todo lo necesario para el día a día... La terraza súper grande. En genaral hemos acabado encantados seguramente volveremos 😜😜

Excelente estancia

Hemos pasado dos semanas en este apartamento y sin duda volveríamos a repetir. Buena ubicación, cerca de la playa, no se pasa calor pues tiene bastante corriente de aire al dar a dos calles y ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones, que para dormir es preferible al aire acondicionado en mi opinión. Como critica constructiva el propietario debería actualizar las sartenes, bastante deterioradas así como las pinzas de tender la ropa. Aun así, han sido unas vacaciones maravillosas y el poder disfrutar de la excelente terraza que tiene el apartamento.
