You will love the recent remodel done by Tracery Interiors, a famous local interior design firm. Enjoy the Gulf front views and sunsets with a large covered porch when you're not sitting on the beach. The Seamist Condo features one master suite with a QUEEN bed and two additional TWINS off the hallway, cleverly built-in as bunk beds. The kitchen and dining room have an open concept with floor-to-ceiling views of the gulf. With 2 free adult bikes, take a short ride to the Village of South Walton at Seacrest Beach, Alys Beach, or iconic Rosemary Beach.

The cleanliness exceeded our expectations. I am very picky when it comes to clean and comfortable. Some reviews stated the furniture was worn but it didn’t look bad to us. It’s not brand new obviously but it was in good shape. Overall, very happy and wonderful stay!

Perfect condo for our family four. Easy access to beach, clean condo with nice well kept furnishings, and helpful and communicative hosts. Condo is small but the layout is well thought out and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The massive sliding glass doors onto the balcony make for an awesome unobstructed view of the Gulf and make the space feel even bigger.

Beautiful view and beautiful room! Location was very convenient and you couldn’t ask for better beach access. The room was very nice and perfect for a small group. Only complaint is the mattresses on the twin bunks. I’m sure they would be fine for small children but not accommodating/comfortable for adults. I’ve slept on bunks in similar room setups and had no issues but these mattresses definitely need an upgrade or a topper. Other than that everything was perfect!

Steps to the beach, which is what we were looking for. Private beach with only condo’s guests- not crowded. It’s location is right near everything- we went to all of the different beach towns for dinner and shopping. Carly communicated throughout the trip, and we had a GREAT trip! We would definitely plan to stay here again for another trip to the area.

Perfect place to stay!

The location of this unit is amazing! We loved everything about it! Quiet and perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. So nice to just be able to walk straight onto the beach and have easy access to go back up to the room. We loved the screen door on the front door to have the breeze go through and through! We will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone!!!

Seamist Condo Review

This condo was the perfect spot for our family’s spring break trip and we’ll definitely be back. This place has it all from great views, easy access to the beach, 30A, and chair and equipment rentals from local vendors. Our favorite part about the stay was being able to spend so much time on the private beach with our family during the day.
