The apartment is fully furnished , the occupants have only to leave their suitcases and enjoy their stay , from Perpignan and the region .
An island of tranquility in the city center, in the heart of shops, restaurants, bars in Tapas, close to public transport ( bus, shuttles and train station)

A Deposit of 500 euros will be requested when entering the apartment , this deposit will be returned during the inventory of exit places if everything is compliant.

Possibility of a Parking Pass for July and August for 55 euros/week: the parking is 150 meters from the apartment. Very convenient in the middle of summer.
