Enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of Perpignan "the Catalan" in a cozy accommodation 10 minutes walk from the historic center but also from the train station. Air-conditioned and independent, this small bright f1 of 30 m² also has an independent sleeping area on the mezzanine. It is completely renovated and well equipped. Its living space, opening onto an outdoor dining area, also offers you the possibility of accommodating two people thanks to its BZ sofa bed. Its ideal location places it in the immediate vicinity of many small shops bakery, caterer, pharmacy, laundromat, etc. Its location will allow you to access the sea in twenty minutes and in 30 minutes to Spain by car or bus. Being your direct neighbor, I would be happy to welcome you for the time of your holidays from one to several days.

Nice modern apartment not far from town and train station, with a tiny courtyard in the back. There was a smell of cigarette smoke at first, but it went away after awhile. Cozy for one or two people. Steep stairs to loft with queen sized bed.

Tiny House in Perpignan

We enjoyed the stay in the appartment. The location is within walking distance from the train station and the city center. Still its a quiet private road and no traffic outside. Small table and chair in the backyard.
