Ideally located in the Natural Park of the Arcipelago della Maddalena, very quiet, exceptional view, Mediterranean style, close to the beach (50 mt.), Comfortable (second kitchen outside with gas barbecue e wood oven ), the outdoor dining area is in a large terrace in front of the house with sea views, private garden around the house (over 2000 sqm.), two large rooftop solarium, private covered parking, rates decreasing according to the duration.

A great location

We enjoyed our stay. The house is a very short walk to a lovely small beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful. . The area is outstandingly beautiful. The garden was very overgrown and unfortunately obscured much of the view. The resident cats were very friendly.

Another beautiful month in Porto Rafael

We had stayed at Matteo’s before and returned very happily . It is a wonderful house for a holiday with family and friends - fantastic location - close to the yacht club and the piazetta and with an amazing view of the sea and very easy access to the little beach in front for swimming The house is well loved and brilliant for anyone that likes cooking as there is every possible bowl dish utensil you might want . Matteo was always prompt at replying to any queries or questions we had .we loved our month long stay and hope we will be back Susan

Very pleasant stay!

The house is large but cozy. It easily held our party of nine people. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Furthermore, there is a outdoor shower. There are two patios. At the front of the house you have a very nice view of the sea and on the back there is a large outdoor kitchen with a roof. We had many fine barbecues there. Indoor kitchen is well equipped. The oven and the refrigerator appeared as good as new. What we are missing around the house was a lawn that the kids could play on. Also, a Wifi would have been great. House location is great. Just across the road to get to the beach. It is small but our children who are 6-10 years old loved it. There is another beach in Porto Rafael 5-minute walk from the house. On the way you pass the village center where there is a small grocery store, a bar and a few shops. We also visited the major beaches nearby but then we went by car. We rented the car at Olbia Airport and it was worth every penny. I would say that you have to have a car if you stay in Porto Rafael. Palau is a much larger town located a few kilometers away. We bought all the food there. From Palau you can take the ferry to La Maddalena. Very nice island with good restaurants. The property owner, Matteo, is very helpful and answer email promptly. We were very pleased with the stay in Porto Rafael and the house was great.
