The 'Maison Mirtilla' in a very new building, is a 2-storey apartment equipped with all the amenities: central heating, kitchen with appliances (induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine), hi-fi, satellite TV, 2 double bedrooms with 2 independent bathrooms. It is available a basement garage with heated ramp, sky-room with private cabin. It has a private garden in front with umbrella and deck chairs for the summer season. It is located in a very quiet and at the same time convenient to the ski lifts (250m walk or Skybus stop 50 meters), the paths of all walks and sporting activities in the area.

Why they chose this property

Our 'Maison Mirtilla' was the basis for our beautiful winter and summer holidays now open to our guests. Magnificent natural scenery, skiing and many many summer walks. LaThuile is the ideal destination for lovers of active holidays, but also for those who love relaxation. A mountain of sports, nature and lots of good taste.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is set in a structure perfectly integrated with the surrounding landscape. The highest quality materials have been used, with luxury finishes. The complex is surrounded by a large shared park you can fully enjoy.
