Great, pet friendly place. Numerous of the houses in the area had dogs with them as well which was nice to see them around. House was clean and had ample supplies for our stay. Would book this again in the future if returning to the Watercolor area.

Great place to stay

My wife and I loved this place. The area was so cute and perfect. We had everything we needed and were just a quick 3 minute bike ride to the beach entrance.

This darling bungalow is perfect for a family of 4-5 people. It is cozy, well stocked and the location is ideal for enjoying 30A. The traffic is AWFUL in the summer so it’s nice to have a few restaurants you can walk to (we love Angelina’s). There is a small pool literally steps outside the front door. Beach is a 10 minute walk if that. The street is very quiet. Our host was wonderful & helped quickly with a few minor issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We have been coming to 30A every summer for over 20 years….this one will stay on the top of my list. 10/10

Great time on 30a

Stayed here with my husband and dogs, and it was wonderful. The home was fantastic and very comfortable. Also within walking distance of beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Beach Bum

Very pleased with everything. Great location, short walk to the beach. Close to many of our favorite restaurants. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, ages 9 and 14. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved the pool area. Great spot for a family with younger kids.

Great location! Short walk to beach!

Home was modest but comfortable, in a central location, and just a short walk from the beach. Back yard was small but sufficient. Could have used a few more items in the kitchen (chopping board, cheese grater, etc.), but overall it was pretty well stocked. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, on a cul de sac off 30A. Would rent again!

The property was as advertised--spacious for our needs--well located for a great beach. Booking, entering and leaving were all seamless. Property could use a little more attention to being cleaned and ready--upon arrival a couple of remotes lacked batteries and front door needs cleaning

Just right for our family

We loved the convenience of being able to walk across the street to the beach and we were just a short drive to Seaside, Santa Rosa, and other areas. The rental was just as described. It worked great for us. The rental company/owner were very quick to respond when we reached out to them. We’d stay here again!

Great location

We love BeachBum hideaway! It is our third time staying there. Thank you to the Hoffmanns for helping us out during our Fall break predicament! We really appreciate it. The only issue were several lightbulbs were out. Other than that, fantastic stay and highly recommend it to others!

Awesome Location and Community

Cool little cottage in an awesome community with pool and sidewalks and easy access to the beach and 30a bike trails. Fantastic location and responsive property management. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. The cottage was pretty basic but the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. Could use some maintenance and deep cleaning. Master bed was comfortable but the bunks were uncomfortable for the older kids (teens).

The bungalow was exactly as pictured! Nestled among the trees, it felt peaceful, quiet, and almost like camping in the woods.It was small but worked well for our family with a 5-year-old and an almost 3-year-old. My only minor complaints were limited counter space in the master bathroom and a kitchen that could have used a few more cookware items, but neither impacted our stay. The walk to the beach was manageable, even for our toddler. We used the complimentary credit to rent a wagon and umbrella, which made the walk to the beach easier. Older children or adults should have no issues but I could see it being hard with a baby, unless you had them in a wagon or stroller. The pool is small, but we never had trouble finding chairs. Typically there were only 1-2 families enjoying the pool at each time so it was never too crowded. The management company was incredibly responsive and even gave us a lower rate than originally quoted when we decided to add a day. I appreciated their transparency. Overall, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to rent from this company again. Thank you!

Great location and close to public beach access

House was nice. Great location. We used the Santa Rosa Public Beach access. It had a wooden ramp that went all the way to the beach. It was great for our beach wagon. Would also be good if you had someone with limited mobility or in a wheelchair.

Nice Stay

This property worked out great for what we were looking for We could bike ride along 30A each day, the pool was nice, it was a short walk to the beach, and had a yard for our dog. We will probably choose this spot again for our next trip. Also - it was one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed at.

Convenient location!

This 2-bedroom house is an 8-minute walk away from Seagrove Place public beach. It is comfortably furnished and has a fenced backyard. It offers a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. Both bedrooms and the living room feature smart TVs. While the property supplies one detergent packet and limited toilet paper & paper towels, they aren't high quality. And no dryer sheets. But overall, a great place to stay!
