A 5 minute walk away from the town center but totally out of the hustle and bustle. We were there in the busiest week of the year and our place was quiet. I could not have asked for a better location. Although the view is somewhat blocked from the Majestic, take a look at the photos I posted. We prepared our own meals and the apartment has everything you need to cook. The Super U market is nearby and a little further walk to Carrefour. The Brevent cablecar is a 10 minute uphill walk and Aiguille du midi gondola is a a pleasant 15 min walk though another section of town.

Super location

This property was in a great location with all the amenities we needed. There were only 4 of us (sleeps 6) so we had lots of room to spread out. With only one toilet and the small bunk bed room it would be best for a family but not 6 adults. Comfortable and convenient.

Beautiful Kitchen and Family Room, we cooked several evening meals as group and enjoyed our time together in this well located and lovely apartment. Bedrooms are small, but the Common space is great for 4-7 people. Walk to Ski Shop Walk to Ski Lift for Brevent Walk to Grocer Walk to numerous Restaurants Walk to Chamonix Sud bus stop and go ski anywhere in the Valley Walk to Aguille Du Midi Walk to Clubs with DJ’s

La Petite Savoyard - Excellente!

We came from the U.S. in December and stayed 4 weeks at the chalet. What an amazing town and a wonderful chalet! The location cannot be better, just a 5 min. walk into town and just below the Brevent Ski area. There was everything we needed included with the chalet including a fondue pot and 2 raclette makers! We ate out quite a bit and there are dozens of amazing restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. If you do have a car, there is a garage and plenty of storage for skis etc. Our only complaint would be the bed and bedroom sizes. A bit small for bigger people over 6 feet/2.7 M. Other than that, we loved our stay and our chalet! We will be back!!

Great Location

The location here is terrific. You are a nine minute walk up the hill to the Brevent lift. You are a four minute walk down the hill to the commercial center of Chamonix. So access to food at the grocery stores and all the other shops is very easy.The apartment has parking so that makes life easy.This place has three separate bathrooms, but only one of them is a toilet. One of the others has a bathtub. The last one has a shower. All of the bathrooms have sinks. The hot water is unlimited so if you are coming in from the ski hill, that is a welcome relief.The kitchen is well appointed and the dining and living room area is comfortable.The host takes a little while to respond to messages on the Verbo app, but as there weren’t any real problems, this was not an issue.The last thing to know is that this property is only accessible by car through a locking gate. We found that one on one occasion the gate would not open despite our repeated attempts using the opener. Fortunately, somebody came behind us and their opener worked and we were able to get out of the property. That only happened to us once. However, if we were rushing to the airport and if that happened, that would’ve been a problem, thankfully, it was not on that one occasion.

Beautiful property, supreme location to Chamonix and all this town has to offer! The property was clean and spacious. The beds were a bit stiff and I had a hard time sleeping without having neck pains, but other than that the property was perfect!

Semaine familiale à Chamonix

Vacances reussies à Chamonix en famille (3 adultes et un enfant de 2 ans et demi). L'appartement au 1er étage d'une maison est parfaitement situé, à la fois au calme et à proximité immédiate des commerces et gares (train et téléphérique). D'une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec goût (alpin) et doté d'une vue magnifique, il est très bien équipé et l'inclusion du ménage et du linge de maison sont des plus appréciables.
