Lovely studio apartment in the heart of Florence, between the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Bright and well equipped, a romantic place to rest during the breaks between culture and fun.

The apartment is on the second floor of an historic building without elevator.

The entrance door is on a small hallway, there there is a fully equipped Kitchen with refrigerator and oven, with kitchenware and cooking facilities and a Wash and dry machine.

On the left side there is the bathroom, completely renewed on march 2019, and the bedroom is on the mezzanine upstairs, where you can also find a storage room/closet to put your luggage during your stay, and a smart tv (you can watch your Netflix account without having to plug in your laptop).

Room was great. Easy walk to most places in the city with lots nearby. Communication and check in were smooth. Matias gave great recommendations for food too! Highly recommend, it was a great 3 day stay!

Great location!! Hardly heard noise at night!! A little small living space and could have used a small table for coffee/etc. shower and bathroom fine! Again, small but good! Host was extremely responsive!! Raul who checked us in was the best!!!

Great experience all around! They had someone waiting for us when we arrived who showed us how to get in, showed us around the apartment, and answered our questions. They were super responsive too. They give you a rundown of how the appliances work and suggest food in town as well (local spots). There is no microwave. The room was perfect for us, but in the middle of the summer the room got hot. We cranked the A/C the entire time but was still hot at night. You can’t beat this location, especially for the price.

wonderful (small) apartment! we loved the layout. The location was so perfect, right in the middle of everything. One of our BEST restaurant experiences was from a restaurant two doors down from us! And there is a meat shop just next door with a wonderful proprietor with beautiful meats.

The entire experience was great. They were easy to communicate with. Cesare was very welcoming during the check in, even at the late hour. Great location close to the main attractions but in an alley that doesn't have a lot of foot traffic.
