THIS COTTAGE LENDS TO A WONDERFUL VACATION DESTINATION FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN ABLE TO ENJOY THE 'SEALE SHACK' SINCE 2010. WE HAVE MADE MANY WONDERFUL MEMORIES AND WE ARE READY TO SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS. THIS IS A PERFECT COTTAGE FOR A SMALL FAMILY BUT WILL ALSO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 6 PEOPLE. THE SEALE SHACK FEATURES 2 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS. MASTER HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM AND QUEEN SIZE BED. SECOND BEDROOM IS SET UP WITH BUNK STYLE DOUBLE SLEEPER ON BOTTOM AND SINGLE ON TOP, THERE IS ALSO A SINGLE SLEEPER TRUNDLE PULL OUT. EACH BEDROOM IS SET UP WITH THEIR OWN TV'S /INDIVIDUALLY CONTROLLED AC AND HEATING UNITS . DINNER SEATING FOR ENTIRE FAMILY. LAUNDRY LOCATED INSIDE JUST OFF THE KITCHEN. GALLEY STYLE KITCHEN WITH ALL AMENITIES. PROPANE BBQ ABLE TO GRILL UP TO 10 STEAKS! GARAGE FULL OF TOYS INCLUDING SUP / BIKES / BOOGIE BOARDS / SKATEBOARDS/ TENNIS RACKETS / SAND TOYS AND MORE! This home will be delivered to each guest in a professionally cleaned condition. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon your departure leave sheets/pillowcases/comforters on top of bed - DO NOT strip the beds
Collect all used towels and leave in the bathtub
Any 'beach' items used please return where you retrieved them brushed off/free of sand. If any item broke/got lost or stolen, please let me know so I can replace it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 (two teenagers). It was very clean and delivered on all that was represented in the listing. We were impressed with the variety of recreational items available such as SUPs, wetsuits, cruiser bikes, etc. Linda was an ideal host - available and responsive. This is was our 2nd straight year staying here. Linda is great - very easy to work with, quick to respond leading up to and during our stay. Her home is fully stocked from what you need in the kitchen to what you would want to hang out on the beach with your family. The location is amazing. The bakery right across from her home has amazing cinnamon rolls and sticky buns! We’ve already booked her place for next summer. Would definitely recommend her home for couples or for families - great for young kids (she has all the beach toys) but also older kids. She has surf boards and boogie boards which was perfect for my teenagers.

Beautifully designed and cared for 2 BR walking distance to beach. 2 adults and 2 teens comfortably fit in and all enjoyed the entire stay. Equipped better than any VRBO we have stayed in. Anyone should enjoy this beautiful beach cottage.

RENAMED THE 'SEALE SHACK' AFTER OUR PURCHASE IN 2010, HOPEFULLY YOU WILL AGREE THAT THE LOCATION AND AMBIANCE IS EXACTLY WHAT A BEACH EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE. BUILT IN 1920 IT IS COMPLETELY REMODELED TO THE CURRENT CONDITION WITH NO DETAILS OVERLOOKED. YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL ENJOY THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO BEACH, BAY AND LOCAL SIGHTS.
