If you are planning a stay in Kihei, this property is great! The location really can't be beat- a quick walk across the street and you are at a great beach for swimming, spotting turtles, snorkeling, and lounging with a book.
Donna was a great host! My friends and I stayed in her place for 2 weeks, during which time there was a power outage in Kihei and a few large brush fires. Donna communicated with us throughout, and checked in to make sure everything was okay at the condo. Any time I had a question, she was readily available and responded quickly to emails.
I gave a 4 star review for the place for just a few reasons- I had to ask for information on how to get into the condo because it wasn't sent to me a week beforehand as it was supposed to be. Also, the pool code in the guestbook wasn't up-to-date, but we got it from another guest in the complex. There is a lot of beach gear in the house, but the chairs and umbrella (what we mostly used) were in pretty poor shape, so we ended up buying/renting those things. The bedroom with the twin beds didn't have much room for storing clothes because there isn't a dresser and the closet is full of beach gear- that was a little awkward for the adult using that room.
But overall, this is a great location, a nicely updated condo with everything you will need for cooking in the kitchen. And Donna is a great host!
