Vacation in a penthouse at Regency Towers, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. With beautiful views of the azure waters and snow-white beaches, this unit provides a true Pensacola Beach experience like no other. Witness your own personal airshow when the Blue Angels, Coast Guard, or Air Force training planes fly by, or watch pods of dolphins from the balcony. Located on Santa Rosa Island, you can enjoy leisure and carefree living while being minutes from the conveniences of the mainland cities. The southern breeze ensures comfortable vacationing in any season with an array of outdoor activities such as sailing, charter boat fishing, tennis, hunting, swimming, golfing, scuba diving, or simply relaxing and enjoying the sun, surf, and beautiful coast. The property features a 50x25 ft swimming pool directly on the Gulf, shaded by two condominium towers. Enjoy your backyard of soft, white, cool sand at Pensacola Beach.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay except from May 30, 2026 until August 8, 2026, which requires a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions may be made based on availability.

Special monthly rates are available from January until March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days from the arrival date will forfeit all payments made.

Pet friendly for dogs 25 pounds and under with a pet fee.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of their stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Location is great, it’s in a quieter area but still close enough to all the restaurants and a great distance from dog beach. Balcony was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook (e.g., pots, pans). We would definitely stay again.

The condo views were fantastic! Enjoyed our stay. Condo could use an ice maker, and also an ice cream scoop! Overall, our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't quite give it a perfect rating due to a howling wind under the front door, a tub that is slow to drain in the master, and we never could figure out the light switch controls. However, you will enjoy the view and the amenities.

The location of this condo was perfect. It overlooked the ocean and was in a quiet section of the beach. The porch overlooking the beach and ocean was the best! Condo was well equipped and very nicely decorated.
