This vacation rental is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the luxury beach community of Regency Towers. A community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and other awesome amenities are featured in the resort. Just a short walk to the beach, you can spend the day on the water enjoying the warm Florida sun without ever having to leave the resort area. There are plenty of local attractions in the area for you to enjoy including the Gulfside Pavilion or the Quietwater Beach Boardwalk. The Pensacola Beach Trolley offers a free way to explore the area from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day.

We had such a good time!! The view was absolutley beautifully, the sunsets were stunning. Location of the condo was perfect, shops and food all around. We were able to take our Dane, she was the talk of the condo!! Will definitely come back next year

Overall the unit was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. If you have to work while on vacation, the internet is not very good. The unit while decorated lovely could use a little maintenance with baseboards and plugs that were a little loose. Other than that, it was a great location.

Dolphin Views

we visited during some of the coldest weather there. The rooms were comfy, and the view was great, we saw Dolphins from the windows multiple times. we did have construction on the balcony and it was weird to wake up to men working while we had a child on the couch, but i signed up for it, and was told ahead of time. the best part of our stay was the communication. i never had to actually speak with anyone. it was all through text or email. made everything go smoothly.

Pensacola Beach regency Towers east 802

Over all excellent place. would definitely go back again.only complaint is the Wi-Fi didn’t work and no extra toilet paper. Great view clean lobby with easy access.
