Ground floor apartment in villa of two apartments, halfway up Mount St Clair, facing east / south, with magnificent views of the sea, the port and the city of Sète. The city center of Sète and its markets are reachable in 5 min and the beach in 15 min on foot. Haven of peace, ideal for a truly relaxing holiday.

The apartment of about 120m2 has been renovated recently and has a living-dining room fireplace / TV, a kitchen, a large bathroom, separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine, WiFi internet access and central heating.

2 fresh bedrooms: two with two beds "Boxspring" of 190cmx200cm, divisible into 2 x 90cm beds. A sofa bed in the living room can add two beds.

Large private terrace of approximately 100m2, equipped with garden furniture with parasols, sun baths and barbecue.

The villa is situated on a planted garden of 1600m2. The property is completely enclosed by stone walls. We accept pets companies. 

The property is accessible by car, and a parking space is made available. The access road is narrow and steep, however.

Beautiful apartment

We had a lovely time staying at Jean Louis’ place which was perfect for our needs. The beds were a bit bouncy but fine. The kitchen and dining facilities are perfect and spacious, the bathrooms and storage were fantastic. We had friends and family come to stay too and there was plenty of room. 10 minutes walk into the centre of Sète which is a gorgeous town with much to recommend it - so many bars and restaurants to choose from, a great art house cinema and Musée de Paul Valéry is an easy walk. The walk back up from town is steep - keeps us fit! Thank you Jean Louis, we would love to come back!

Bel appartement avec vue dans maison sur le mont St Clair

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits et avons eu un excellent accueil par les propriétaires !Appartement spacieux avec une vue panoramique sur la ville et le port. L'appartement est tres confortable, grande terrasse, emplacement top!Nous reviendrons !

Appartement magnifique

Endroit superbe. Appartement vaste. Très clair. Terrasse magnifique. Très beau point de vue. Hôtes sympathiques. Mais personne pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée. Seul point noir: l’accès vraiment pas facile en voiture. Gênant d’aller et venir. Avec en prime énormes difficultés de stationnement dans Sète ( mais l’hôte n’y est pour rien…) et remonter des courses du centre ville à pied n’est pas à la portée de tous…. .. véritable exercice cardio.

Über den Dächern von Sète

Wunderbare, luxuriöse und frisch renovierte Unterkunft auf einem großen Gelände mit viel Platz, einer Riesenterrasse und in 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadtmitte und am Hafen (rauf braucht man, abhängig von der Kondition, etwas länger 😉). Wir haben den Sonnenaufgang oft auf der Terrasse genossen, ebenso nachts den Blick in den Sternenhimmel, der Blick über Sète und den Hafen ist klasse. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vacances en famille

Ce fut un excellent séjour à Sète. Le logement est parfaitement situé tout est accessible à pied sauf la plage (qui n'est pas loin 10mn en voiture). Il est parfaitement conforme aux photos et en plus très agréable neuf et moderne. La communication avec le propriétaire est plus que fluide et très facile. Je recommande pour des vacances en famille ou même entre amis.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit Blick auf Seté

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Villa mit neu und geschmackvoll renovierter Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die großzügige Terrasse schenkt einen wundervollen Blick auf Seté. Neben dem Haus ist ein kleiner Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vue magnifique sur la ville et le port qui nécessite à pied un effort mais qui s'oublie vite. L'appartement est à la hauteur, mis à disposition par des propriétaires cordiaux et sympathiques. Très bons souvenirs.

Appartement dans villa sur le mont St Clair avec vue magnifique

L’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et bien agencé. Certains travaux de finition sont en cours plinthes, verrière de la cuisine… L’accès en véhicule jusqu’à la location est un coup de main à prendre mais se fait bien avec un véhicule pas trop large avec une garde au sol haute. C’est la dernière maison accessible par la route sur ce chemin. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins , discrets et très agréables. Ils étaient présents dans l’appartement du dessus. Dans Sete l’appartement se situe juste au dessus du quartier haut: emplacement très central. La vue panoramique est sublime très agréable séjour.

Ausserordentlich

Die Lage des Appartements über der Altstadt am Hügel des Mont Saint Clair ist nicht zu übertreffen. Der Ausblick auf die Altstadt, den Hafen, das Meer von der grossen Terrasse aus war zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ein Erlebnis. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr komfortabel und gross, die Küche bestens ausgerüstet, um sich auch mal selber zu verpflegen. Der grosse, terrassierte Garten mit Reben und altem Kakibaum gefiel auch unserer Hündin sehr gut. Da gab es einiges zu schnüffeln. Spaziergänge und Einkäufe in die Altstadt, zum Bäcker und auf den grandiosen Markt sind sehr gut zu Fuss zu machen. Die engen und zum Teil recht steilen Gässchen mit einem Wagen zu bewältigen - da waren wir um den Fiat 500-Mietwagen froh. Der Empfang durch die Eigentümer war sehr herzlich und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten in Form lokaler Spezialitäten machte das Ankommen nach der langen Fahrt sehr angenehm. Wir genossen für zwei Wochen Sète und Umgebung und kommen gerne wieder!

Stilvolle Villa mit Charme auf einem phantastischen Grundstück inklusive Meerblick.

Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Anwesen befindet sich am Hang des Mont Clair. Von der großzügigen Terasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über die Dächer von Sète auf den Hafen und das Meer. Der Stadtkern, mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Die sehr sympathischen Vermieter haben uns persönlich und sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie standen uns während des ganzen Aufenthalts jederzeit telefonisch als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Sète ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen und hat einen schier endlosen Sandstrand, der zu unserer Reisezeit (Pfingstferien) noch sehr leer war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Auch haben wir unseren Freunden das Objekt schon weiterempfohlen.
