Independent villa with sea view of new construction and garden of 1000 sqm. Located only 20 m from the Ionian coast of Salento. The house consists of a large entrance area with open plan kitchen and living room, hallway, two bathrooms (one inside and one outside - great for use after returning from the beach), two bedrooms, one double and l 'other twin.
