In total habitable 500 square meters surrounded by a 6000 square meters of garden with a swimming pool and spa., what for sure will provide you a memorable stay...on the first floor there are the most common areas, elegant hall, a toilette ,a full kitchen ,a beautiful dining room and the living room with sofas and tv, and a relaxing area with sofas in front of chimney ...There is also a bedroom with bathroom,tv and a terrace...All of them overlooking the splendid garden , swimming pool and the hills surrounded the building...On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of them in suite ,all of them with bathroom inside the room ,queen or king size bed, tv, hairdryer,a terrace, and beatiful views to the garden...On the three floor there are 2 more bedroom with bathroom inside the room, tv, hairdryer and pretty views to the garden and pool.The quietness and privacy, the beautiful sun downs over the mountains, the shade from the big pine trees, the coherence between the inside and outside areas – it all makes a stay here an unforgettable experience...

Santander

Celebrating a birthday with a total of 10 adults. The house and grounds are amazing. The pool and spa worked perfectly. Our host, Maria del Carmen, was super attentive and lovely. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic place

This was a beautiful place to stay, we chose it because it wasn’t very far to travel with the children. Lidl store not far away either The swimming pool was our highlight, the children loved it and the jacuzzi was lovely for us adults. Our rooms were lovely and spacious. Our host Maria was always contactable.

Camargo villa Cipreses

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa Cipreses. The house is very beautiful, spacious, and pleasant. Furthermore, the owner Maria del Carmen was always very helpful and willing to assist us with any questions we had about the house and places to visit. It's also worth highlighting the very kind attention and assistance of Mr. Alfonso, the company representative in charge of the property. We had a wonderful time there with our kids. The outdoor table and pool area made for great dinners. At the same time, it allowed us to enjoy the tranquility of the place. Thank you very much

Beautiful large property in quiet location but easy access to Santander, beaches and countryside

Perfect for several couples or an extended family like ours, the large and well equipped property is superbly placed for a quiet retreat but still only a few minutes from Santander and the beaches with the region's excellent motorway network. It is beautifully furnished and the large garden, swimming pool and spa tub kept the family happy and well entertained. The owner Carmen was very responsive, friendly and helpful with anything we needed. One of, if not the best holiday our family has ever had and could not recommend it all highly enough.

Just wonderful!

Every week for 4 weeks we had different couples staying at the Villa.. We have been doing this for several years and Villa Los Cipreses ranks at the very top. Just a fantastic experience and Carmen and her husband Alfonso could not have been more accommodating. A wonderful Villa for relaxing, enjoying the pool and hot tub, sharing dinners in the dining room and travelling throughout the country side. If you are going to Cantabria this is the place to stay.

Disappointed

María was lovely, and tried to be very helpful…however..people had been smoking at the villa, although this was denied, the smell was strong and there was ash in one of the ashtrays in the lounge, (the there were a lot of ashtrays) and a burn in a bed cover. Overall the place was very tired and not clean. The floor tiles around the property when wet, we’re dangerous. Two of us fell on them. Windows had no safety catches, even though they opened fully to the floor, with a clear drop to the ground below. None of the local restaurants served food between 4 and 8pm. I’m sure when the villa was first built it was marvellous, sadly those days are gone. It needs a big overhaul. The grounds are the only thing that made it tolerable. Pathways also need to be fixed, as some had broken stones. I feel very sad writing this review, as Maria was very kind, and tried to accommodate us and fix things as they broke.

Eine traumhaft schöne Villa

Wir genossen eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern. Die Villa ist komplett und vorbildlich eingerichtet, alles in Top-Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll. Gleiches gilt für den parkähnlichen Garten mit dem herrlich großen Pool. Die Inhaberin und Vermieterin Maria ist eine äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Person , die uns in jeder Beziehung bestens unterstützt hat. In jedem Fall eine empfehlenswerte Traumvilla.

The best holiday

Everything we needed, the grounds and the pool were the perfect centre of our stay and we didn’t want to leave! Would recommend hiring a car to stay - we didn’t at first and quickly learned relying on taxis/public transport wasn’t as easy as we’d assumed. Gorgeous surroundings of picturesque hills and the locals are infinitely welcoming and friendly, even with our limited Spanish.

Much needed family holiday

Beautiful villa and gardens with enough space for all of us. Swimming pool and hot tub/jacuzzi very popular (especially by four teenagers). Garden ideal for many games of boules. House very well equipped with everything we needed. Within walking distance of three good restaurants/bars.

A really beautiful property in a quiet location, just a short trip away from Santander, Somo, and Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno. The photographs on the website accurately capture the generous living space and elegant interior. Thank you to the excellent property owner María who always provided quick responses to queries, and was so welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

A FANTASTIC FAMILY HOLIDAY

We, 3 families from London, had the pleasure to enjoy this great villa for 9 days. The house was very clean, spacious and we couldn't have it better somewhere else. The owner was very lovely and full supportive during this wonderful time in Cantabria. We have enjoyed every single minute and can highly recommend it. We hope to be back soon!!

Espectacular villa

Estuvimos un grupo de amigos durante el pasado fin de semana. La verdad que la casa es espectacular con una parcela enorme donde poder disfrutar tanto de la piscina, barbacoa, spa, jardin...... Por dentro es un auténtico lujo. Creo que es idóneo para grandes familias y grupos de amigos. Los dueños de la casa son encantadores, ofreciendo en todo momento cualquier tipo de ayuda. Sin duda repetiremos.
