Living and sought after area, close to shops (150m) and a casino. Weekly farmer's market.
Spacious and bright luxury apartment (100m²) on the 2nd and last floor with south-facing terrace (26m²). Large living room. Separate and equipped kitchen (induction, American fridge, oven, microwave, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine) 2 Bedrooms with 140 beds, 1 bedroom with 3 90 beds. 1 bathroom with bath, 2 toilets, air conditioning , secure private parking space.

Perfect apartment and location

We loved our stay here. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Sète. It’s located directly at the best beaches and not too far from the town’s center. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic apartment in excellent location with great views

We had a fantastic holiday at this apartment. It is well located for sete town centre and the beaches. The decor is very good and the view is stunning. We didn't want to leave!

Perfect location

The apartment is in a great location, wonderful view from the beautiful balcony. Everything we needed for a week’s holiday. Easy access to the beach and fabulous restaurants and shops close by. Check-in with Phillippe was great, super efficient.

Nice appartement with a great view

Our stay was very pleasant even though we were quite unlucky with the weather. Grocery stores close by and several beaches in walking distance. Location not in the center of Sète, as expected. Therefore quiet and calm area, which we appreciated as a family. Uncomplicated arrival and friendly welcome with Vanessa.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Sète.Besonders begeistert hat uns der unglaubliche Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon - einfach traumhaft! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, was besonders mit einem kleinen Kind sehr praktisch war.Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig.Auch das Zentrum von Sète ist gut erreichbar.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Une vue magnifique et un bel appartement

Nous avons passé un très agreable séjour dans ce bel appartement. La vue est magnifique, il est situé au 2eme et dernier étage, il est spacieux et très confortable. De nombreuses commodités à proximité et la plage juste un bas de chez soi ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bel appartement mais dommage pour le bruit

L’appartement était très propre et très agréable. Malheureusement, il y avait des travaux dans l’immeuble (réfection des sols en carrelage) donc c’était très bruyant dès 7h30 et jusqu’à 18h! Personne ne nous a prévenu. Ce n’était pas correct. Et l’accès à l’appartement était également très compliqué. Cette semaine de vacances a clairement été gâchée par ces travaux.

Séjour très agréable

Bel appartement sur la corniche, spacieux et confortable. Vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse, plage à 2 minutes, tous commerces très proches. Plusieurs bus à proximité permettant de se déplacer facilement en ville. Communication efficace avec les propriétaires et accueil agréable. Nous recommandons !

Tolle Lage

Ein tolles Apartment in toller Lage. Morgens auf dem Balkon in der Sonne bei Meeresrauschen frühstücken, einfach herrlich... Das Apartment ist nicht super modern, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen, überall elektrische Rollos, elektrische Markise. Das Einzige, was nicht optimal war, es gab nur zwei große Kaffeetassen und 8 normale Gläser (von denen wir auch noch eins kaputt gemacht haben). Ist bei 7 Personen in der Wohnung etwas wenig. Sonst alles super! Die Schlüsselübergabe hat trotz Sprachdefizit unsererseits super funktioniert. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter, dass wir hier residieren durften!
