FREE WIFI. Good area. Practice sports and places of tourist interest. Excellent tourist area, there is a great variety of museums in the area. It is very close to the National Museum (MNAC), the SANTS ESTACION train station, the beautiful Plaza Paisa, the spectacular PARC Joan MIRO and the impressive MONTJUIC PARK. (Montjuic Castle, Mirador Montjuic, Funicular, MNAC), Joan Miro Museum, Poble Espanyol, etc.

Basic Accomodation in a Great Location

The Flat is located very close to the Trainstation BCN Sants and Metro lines. There is also a Bike-sharing station on the street. The Appartment has everything you would need for a week-long stay, there is a washing machine and an outdoor space to hang clothes. Cleaning supplies are available. Roberto, the host was great! He showed us everything and gave recommendations. Communicating with him was fast and easy. It should be noted that the "Bedrooms" are not separated and there are no doors, which you can see on the pictures. The flat has two windows that face the corridor, so there is very little light and no sunshine that gets into the flat. This was no problem for us as we were out of the flat the entire day. The Bathroom is tiny, but functional. The Flat was a bit dusty, which was an issue for one of us who has allergies. Overall cleanliness was okay.

Roberto was really quick and replying to questions throughout the stay and made the whole process so easy. The apartment is seen As in the photos and perfect for 4 people. The apartment is really close to the metro and about 10-15 mins into las rambla. Over all a really good stay!!

You get what you pay for

Dirty with pet odors. If I were the owner I would: 1) Remove everything from the apartment 2) Clean everything— walls, floor, ceiling 3) Clean every piece of furniture and only put back in those that do not smell after cleaning. 4) Buy new sheets and blankets as the current ones are probably hopeless 5) Install a shade on the window that looks into the bathroom from the loft. The location isn’t bad and the price was relatively low. Next time I will know you have to pay more for a decent place in Barcelona.

Excellent value, outstanding service, tiny bathroom

The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and very well equipped. The location is very convenient to the Sants train station and the major Barcelona attractions. It's within a few blocks of Tarragona, Entenca, and Plaza Espanya Metro stations, from which the Metro lines will take you most anywhere. At Plaza Espanya, bus 150 takes you to beautiful Montjuic. Roberto is an outstanding host. He stays in touch before and during your stay. The place is very well equipped, with plenty of towels, hangers, good toilet paper, clean pots, pans, utensils, soap, bath supplies, dishwashing supplies, and other details that vacation rentals sometimes lack. Roberto is very good at anticipating your needs. The only thing that stops me from a five-star rating is that the bathroom in our unit - no. 10 - was TINY, even by European standards. If you are small, the lack of room may not bother you, but if you're tall or big, you won't fit. My wife was okay, but I had to dress in the kitchen.

A fantastic stay - modern apartment

We stayed here for 4 wonderful nights in the centre of Barcelona. The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities you would need to be able to cook, relax, sleep and shower. We also felt very safe in the apartment; with neighbouring apartments being quiet. There are plenty of spare towels, bed sheets, kitchen utensils and appliances. There is also AC which was very useful during out stay as temperature was around 30 degrees Celsius. The apartment is all open plan and has a nice cosy feel to it. We were able to walk around 2.5 miles to La Rambla on two days and soak in the atmosphere and explore all the sights Barcelona has to offer. Car parking is free on the apartment road after 8pm and free all day Saturday and Sunday which saved us a lot of money on parking costs as we came by car. There is also a fantastic patisserie, Bank cash point, fruit and vegetable shop and a supermarket, all next to each other literally a 100 yards from the apartment which was brilliant. Special mention to Roberto who was fantastic throughout our booking. He was helpful in providing information and answering questions before our visit and welcomed us very warmly on our day of arrival and made us feel comfortable. We were able to keep in touch with him during our stay by calling him directly or via Whatsapp. My wife and daughter also loved this apartment. If you want to explore what Barcelona has to offer then this apartment and the way Roberto deals with you is perfect. Visiting Barcelona was satisfying and a highly memorable experience; this apartment made our stay extra special.

Nettes kleines Appartement in guter Lage

Wir waren zu dritt und verbrachten eine Woche im schönen Barcelona. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Das Appartement ist solide ausgestattet, es war sauber, das Bad ist zwar etwas klein, aber durchaus ausreichend für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dank Roberto hat alles super geklappt. Innerhalb von 2 Tagen haben wir die Reservierungsbestätigung bekommen und unsere Fragen wurden auch sehr zeitnah per e-mail beantwortet. Unser Flugzeug hatte am Anreisetag eine Stunde Verspätung, so dass wir viel zu spät zum Treffpunkt kamen. Roberto hat trotzdem ca. 1 1/2 Stunden auf uns gewartet und uns dann das Appartement übergeben.

My stay at this property was great! The apartment was in a prime location and was very comfortable. Barcelona Sants station as well as two others are close by which makes commuting easy. Roberto was an exceptional host - very accommodating and made great recommendations that I had not previously known about. He checked on me often to make sure everything was going well.

Piccola, ma accogliente.

L'appartamento si trova vicino a tantissimi supermercati, ad otto minuti dall'Arena, a dieci minuti da una fermata della linea verde e tantissime altre cose positive. Ho trascorso il mio capodanno in questa casa e devo dire che è riuscita, insieme a Roberto, ad accoglierci egregiamente e a soddisfare qualsiasi nostro bisogno. La cucina funziona benissimo, il riscaldamento riesce a rendere calda tutta la casa. Il divano e la poltrona, molto comodi e morbidi (tanto che al tatto ci si addormenta). Il bagno è l'unica pecca, dal momento che è un po' troppo piccolo e si riesce a muoverci poco bene. Il telefono della doccia è attaccato male tanto da alzarsi da solo e gettare l'acqua nel muro ogni volta che si aumenta il getto dell'acqua. Però, nel complesso, bellissimo appartamento, bellissima compagnia, un condominio silenzioso e accogliente. Lo proporrei altre migliaia di volte.

Our stay in ROBERTO's apartment was great. My husband wanted to be close from Plaza Espanya and we really enjoyed this trip. Apartment has all necessary we needed as towels, gel shower, extra bed linens, hair dryer ,completely furniture , etc We really recommend this apartment. We stayed 2 people and was a good experience.

Great time in Barcelona staying in this apartment

Many thanks to Roberto who welcomed us very friendly and explained to us all the things we had to know about our stay in the apartment for the 12 nights (our first visit of Barcelona coming from Germany). There are no stairs to reach the apartment (groundfloor). It is located in the middle of the inner courtyard of a big complex of higher apartment-buildings, a perfect isolation from all traffic noises and therefore a big support for a deep sleep in the very comfortable queensize-beds. A little negative point is the really small bathroom with the small shower cabin, but at least we made it. The apartment is well equipped with towels, linen and all the things you regular need to prepare breakfast or a quick small dinner. Shops to buy goods and fruits are only some steps away. Within a five minutes walk you will find several cafes and retaurants, where you can sit in- or outdoor. Metro access is very close too, we prefered the station "Entenca". All in all a great place to stay and to start daily trips to the tourist-attractions. Roberto is a helpful host, easy to contact in case of any problems. We highly recommend.
