Very cozy apartment, ideally located and in a very quiet area.
Communal swimming pool.
We have private parking.
Storage room to store bicycles, mats, fishing rods, etc.
The beach is 3 min. walking. It is characterized by its great family offer, ideal sand, it has a sports area for playing beach soccer, beach volleyball, basketball, skating along its promenade, etc. Highlight its sports area for lovers of water sports and fishing.
I recommend dinners in restaurants in the nautical port, with a variety of local dishes accompanied by great views of the sea.
About 20 min. There are highly recommended coves and beaches to enjoy with the family.

The apartment really nice and clean,kitchen really good if you need cooking everything is there,bathroom with great shower,you can fit a family of 5 comfortably!very good location with shops restaurants near by,beautiful long sandy beach 5min walk,and swimming pool not so big but really clean and quiet,great for the kids to have a morning splash and after the beach very handy!!!beautiful holidays and the owner Paco really nice and helpful

Très bien situé, à 200m de la plage. Le propriétaire super fiable, super sympa

Appartement très propres, draps y compris. Idéalement situé à 200m de la plage, piscine de l’immeuble très bien, avec quelques jeux pour les enfants. Bémol pour le parking affreux pour se garer, très très serré, et pour le lit adulte, c’est en fait 2 petits lits. Pas de rideaux pour le levé du jour, pas évident pour la grasse mat. A part cela, Paco le propriétaire est réglé, sympa, arrangeant. Concernant Torredembarra, le bord de Plage est jonché de restau, magnifique la qualité des tapas, essentiellement de poisson, crustacés et fruits de mer. Les plages sont top, terrain de foot, jeu pour les Enfants. La mer est très propre, les gens essentiellement des locaux ou touristes Espagnols sont adorables. Le lieu est un tout petit trop calme, aucune boutique souvenirs ou autres sur la plage et très peu dans le centre. En conclusion, je recommande avec plaisir.

Convenient but... not quiet

The apartment is very convenient located to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The kitchen is very well equipped. The small bedroom is really small. Paco was very kind and he came for the check-in at the late time in the night when we arrived to the apartment. Unfortunately there are 2 things that we did not like: (1) the apartment is located on a main street therefore, the noise is a problem (the windows are not soundproof) and (2) the ventilation has a smell which is annoying.

Nous avons tout d'abord était très bien accueilli par le propriétaire Paco, très gentil et souriant, cela nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise. Paco est une personne superbe. Le logement était très fonctionnel, on a manqué de rien. Le logement est très bien situé, à 3min à pieds de la plage, un supermarché à 2 min de la maison pour faire les courses. Il y'a une superbe piscine, trés bien entretenue, les enfants ont adorés. Pour des vacances en famille, on vous recommande très vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour !

Paco est un hôte très sympathique et serviable. Appartement propre, très fonctionnel et très bien localisé : 300 mètres de la plage 200 mètres d'un supermarché, bars et restaurants à proximité. 1km de la gare 2 lignes de bus (jaunes) L1 & L2 desservent Torredembarra, super pratique les arrêts sont situés à 100 mètres de l'appartement. Se procurer le plan à l'office du tourisme. Piscine très appréciable. Terrasse pour sécher le linge très pratique. Immeuble habité par des personnes tranquilles. Pour les personnes sensibles au bruit, l'appartement est situé sur un axe passant aux heures de pointes, pensez à des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir tard correctement. Deux points signalés à Paco à la fin à notre séjour, odeurs dans la clim par moment et porte du parking qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement où nous avons séjourné deux semaines à quatre.

Good sized apartment, did us well on our stay as a family of 5. Good location as close to beach with supermarket and restaurants nearby. Train station not too far away. Pool was good and kids enjoyed it. Underground secure car parking also. Would stay again and owner very polite and helpful. Thank you Paco we all enjoyed our stay

Fantasticas Vacaciones

Vacaciones 2015

Hemos pasado unas muy buenas vacaciones en el apartamento, sitio tranquilo, bien comunicado y todo a mano, playa a 3 minutos caminando. Muy recomendable

El apartamento cuenta con las comodidades más que suficientes para pasar una estancia cómoda y agradable (calefacción, menaje, lavadora, microondas....). Plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. Está cerca de la playa. El propietario estuvo muy atento y nos facilitó toda la información que requerimos.
