Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnng war für 2 Personen ausreichend gross und mit allen nötigen Geräten ausgestatet so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Vermieterin war beim Check-in pünktlich und hat alles ausführlich erklärt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bioladen, Bäcker) sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Negativ zu erwähnen ist, dass die Matrazen ihre besten Jahre hinter sich haben und die Scharniete der Küchenschränke nachjustiert werden sollten. Dir Terrasse und der kleine Garten waren ausreichend gross. Der Swimmingpool liegt am Rande der Anlage und von der Wohnung dorthin sind es ca. 100 m. Der Hafen und die Strände von Sainte Maxime sind 2 bis 4 km entfernt, so dass man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist.

Agréable séjour

Appartement bien situé un peu a l'écart du centre Piscine très agréable et la pataugeoire et idéal pour les petits Le rez de jardin et un plus pour prendre les repas en extérieur et bien aménagé également. Une adresse ou l'on reviendra sûrement l'année prochaine.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Sehr nette Begrüßung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Lage zum Einkaufen ideal. Der Garten wirkt auf den Fotos größer als er ist aber ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub mit Kleinkind im Juni 22

Es handelt sich bei dem Objekt um eine kleine, einfache, aber feine Wohnung in einer gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage. Sie zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Streng genommen könnte das Bad noch einmal aufgebessert werden, speziell die Dusche, die hier und da (Kalk)Flecken aufweist. Sehr nett war, dass Dinge, wie Spülmittel, Handseife, Putzmittel, Spülmaschinentabs und auch Waschmittel schon vorhanden waren, auch wenn wir unsere eigenen Sachen mitgenommen und entsprechend genutzt haben. Auch der Pool ist schön und gepflegt. Schade war allerdings, dass nur 2 Liegen vorhanden waren (angeblich wegen Corona). Wir haben, sofern die Liegen besetzt waren, die Liegestühle aus der Wohnung mitgenommen. Bei Sainte Maxime selber (etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt) handelt es sich um einen kleinen, süßen Ort direkt am Hafen, der nette Cafés, Restaurants, aber auch Apotheken, Bekleidungsgeschäfte etc. bietet. Einige Supermärkte sind ganz in der Wohnung vorzufinden. Auch findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe Bäcker (wir haben immer Maitre Julien genutzt), einen Bio Supermarkt inkl. davorstehendem Pizzabäcker und einen Weinladen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hang an einer viel befahrenden Straße. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen. Den Straßenlärm hört man leider bis zur Wohnung, was uns nur am ersten Tag etwas gestört hat, danach haben wir ihn nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Viele Strände sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe vorzufinden. Wir sind gern an den Strand von Saint Aygulf gefahren (an das letzte Stück des Strandes (letzter Parkplatz, leider kostenpflichtig)), wenn dieser auch etwas weiter entfernt war. Sicherlich wird dieser in den Sommerferien voller sein, so dass man rechtzeitig da sein sollte, um einen Parkplatz zu erhalten. Man findet dort auch eine kleine Strandbar (Snack Beignet) vor, die zu einem nicht so überteuert und zum anderen sehr leckere Speisen (Burger, Sandwiches etc.) anbietet. Auch die Strände Tahiti und Pampelonne lohnen sich in jedem Fall. Aufgrund des Verkehrs an der Küstenstr. entlang Richtung Saint-Tropez dauert die Anfahrt jedoch bis zu 45 Minuten. Auch die Rückfahrt dauert länger. Wer aus dieser Richtung kommt, findet an der Küstenstr. entlang (bei Plage Les Gabians) das Burgerrestaurant Just'in Café, war sehr lecker dort. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben schöne Tage in Sainte Maxime verbracht. :)

Très bien, un petit peu loin (2 km-2.5 km) du centre de Sainte Maxime, mais il y a de nombreux parkings gratuits. Co- propriété calme et agréable, Propriétaire très aimable. L'appartement est agréable avec son rez de jardin et bien équipé.

Nice & cozy

We've had a nice stay in this apartment. Is has everything you need, even coffee, salt or toilet paper was left for us. It is clean, cozy and has enough space. The garden is nice too, the only thing we did not like was the noise from the street below that you could hear. All over, a good place to explore the whole Cote D'Azur region. Thank you Mrs and Mr. Bèke.

Super Appartement!!!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Apartment mit einer top Ausstattung in guter Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Plage de la Nartelle 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt, der Stadstrand Plage Du Centre Ville etwa 5min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die schönen Strände Plage de l'Escalet, Plage de Pampelonne und Cap Taillat etwa 20 km entfernt. Der Fahrt dorthin dauert aufgrund des vielen Verkehrs etwa 45min. Es lohnt sich aber! Wir empfehlen das Appartment zu 100% weiter und würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Conforme à la description

Location très bien située, fonctionnelle en tous points. La piscine est à proximité du logement et destinée uniquement aux résidents. Boulangerie et supermarché tout proche, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Propriétaires très sympathiques. A recommander sans hésiter. On reviendra.

Sehr nette, saubere und helle kleine Wohnung, jedoch genug Platz für 3 bis 4 Personen.

Sehr nette und saubere Wohnung mit kleinem Aussenbereich, in der man Platz für 3-4 Personen hat, liegt nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett un zuvorkommend. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind sehr nahe. Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr sauber und man hat viel Platz zum Schwimmen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Good comfortable Apartment, with very pleasant surroundings.

An important thing in any rental is a good comfortable bed. This one really is; it's Dunlopillo. Excellent Air con unit and simple to use; the appliances are modern and there actually are instructions in English (unlike the property we had the previous week further down the coast). It's quieter here, about two kilometer out from St Max. Also it catches a bit of breeze, which was a bonus because we caught a very hot week. A & G Hepton date of stay June 9 to 17 2018

PARFAIT !

Cet appartement ce trouve dans une petite résidence très très bien entretenue et idéalement située avec aperçue mer. Nous avons passé deux semaines (fin février début mars) dans cet appartement en tout point conforme à son annonce. Lumineux, très propre, calme et très confortable où rien ne manque. Une jolie cuisine toute équipée et fonctionnelle. Excellente literie. Très bien chauffé avec au choix climatisation réversible ou radiateurs ce que nous avons apprécié par ce froid assez exceptionnel ici et qui malheureusement ne nous a pas permis de profiter de son très sympathique jardin bien orienté, intimiste sans vis à vis, avec ses lauriers roses et palmier ce sera pour la prochaine fois ! Je tiens à souligner le chaleureux accueil par les propriétaires des personnes adorables très sensibles à notre bien-être. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.
