Wonderful position near the seaside with magnificent view over the sea ,isolated villa surrounded by pine trees and mediterranean bush.
200 mt distance from the most beautiful beach of the Elba Island , reachable in 7 min by walk.
Villa with 2 veranda , 2 floors , 250 sq. mt ., 5 bed rooms.
At ground floor one big bed room with bathroom, living room , big kitchen, small bed rooms with bathroom.
At first floor 3 bed rooms (6 beds ) , 2 bathrooms.
The beach offers all accessories ( umbrella , deckchairs , motorboat , paddleboat ,etc ). Nearby tennis , volley and football court. Isolated rock beach easily accessible .

Aussergewöhnlich

Diese Villa ist einzigartig, die Lage und der Ausblick wirklich toll, die Anfahrt allerdings sehr steil. zum Strand ca 20 Min zu Fuss, mit Kinderwagen herausfordernd. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es fehlt an nichts, wir haben den Aufenthalt mit 3 Generationen sehr genossen und werden uns lange an diese 2 schönen Wochen erinnern. Vielen Dank an unseren freundlichen Gastgeber.

Einmalige Lage, atemberaubende Aussicht

Wir (zwei Familien) verbrachten 10 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Umgebung, der Garten und die Terrassen rund ums Haus sind traumhaft. Wir haben die Lage und die Aussicht des Hauses sehr genossen. Die Innenausstattung im Haus hat Stil, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise fallen die Möbel auseinander. Ein Badezimmer war nicht geputzt und hatte nur Kaltwasser. Die anderen drei Badezimmer waren ok. Die Küche war nicht besonders sauber und einiges in der Küche müsste erneuert werden (Backofen, Kaffeemaschine). Da wir aber vorwiegend draussen waren, hat uns dies nicht so gestört. Es hat ein guter Parkplatz mit Platz für drei Autos und viele Bäume (wir hatten Hängematten dabei). Der Weg zum Strand ist steil, aber zu Fuss gut machbar. Die Bucht von Fetovaia ist wunderschön, wir haben sogar Delfine gesehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und spricht gut deutsch. Er war sehr bemüht und hat immer gleich geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hatten.

In cima alla montagna

Vecchia grande casa tipo"dei nonni" con molto spazio, molto charme e poche comodita'. Needs renovating ,tipo che la cucina ha due fornellli a fuoco basso e il forno non funziona e comunque non si apre...La vista e' STREPITOSA ma láccesso al mare difficilissimo e faticosissimo e solo per giovani sanissimi e forti. .Per fortuna non avevamo bambini con passeggini ecc perche'la strada per arrivare alla casa e' molto ripida e la salita una vera impresa.Noi siamo stati bene ma l'ágenzia dovrebbe informare molto meglio!

Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen und Hund

Wir haben in dieser Villa mit der ganzen Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa hat fast Alleinlage, und es befinden sich alte eingewachsene Bäume im Garten. Selbst an sehr heißen Tagen, die wir fast die ganze Zeit über genießen konnten, hatten wir auch dank der vielen Fenster und Türen immer eine angenehm kühle Temperatur mit leichtem Wind. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 11 Personen. Einzig der Anstieg zum Haus ist etwas steil. Wir konnten aber jeden Tag zu Fuß an den Strand. Mit unserem Hund waren wir aber ganz in der Nähe der Bootsanlegestelle gelegen. Da gibt es ein schattiges Plätzchen mit Blick auf die Bucht und das smaragdgrüne Meer. Andrea, der übrigens gut Deutsch spricht, hat uns diese Plätzchen gezeigt. Ein besonderes Erlebnis konnten wir ganz in der Früh erfahren. Morgens um ca. 6.30 lieg eines Morgens eine Wildschweins mit ihren Ferkeln oberhalb des Grundstückes vorbei. Wir konnten die kleine Tierfamilie vom Balkon aus direkt beobachten. Das Haus ist ein wenig in de Jahre gekommen und verfügt über entsprechend antikes Mobiliar. Da wir fast die ganze Zeit im Freien verbracht haben, war uns das egal. Zur Bergseite hin gibt es eine Terrasse mit Grill. Hier haben wir jeden Abend gegessen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Auch nach vorne zum Meer hin gibt es eine schöne Terrasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt für den ersten Morgenkaffee und den Schlummertrunk am Abend. Der Blick von dort ist traumhaft!
