New villa in the place called 'Cumbre Del sol' with impressive views of the valence dimension in Benidorm and the Balearic Islands.
Ideally located, the villa offers a large terrace / solarium of 35 m2 with six sunbeds, 5 minutes from the beach of Del Moraig, 150 meters from shops (restaurant, supermarket, hairdresser, ..) and close to several cities. A private entrance in the bottom of a dead end street.
